June 2012
Friday 8thof June 2012and I walked back home from my photo session with Bangkok Photographers at Benchasiri Park. Walking down Sukhumvit and I stopped to practicing panning the motorcyclespassing. But I didn't have much time, I had to be at Sophia at 3 for my boxing session.
Walking down Sukhumvit Soi 23 and there are plentyThai massage places and all of them wants you to stop for a massage.
But I have had my share of Thai massage and I will never have, well, I doubt that I will ever have a Thai massage again. Maybe an hour of scratching but no more painful Thai massages. Good fornothing if you ask me.
Back home and I just had time for a glass of flaxseeds and to change my clothes before it was time to leave for Sophia Muay Thai Gym.
I arrived to Sophia Muay Thai Gym a few minutes after 3 and ourAustrian friend was training with our Teacher.
I was in a bad mood, I don't know why, so it took me almost an hour to get ready for my session. It was a very good session as soon as I got started and I was in a good mood when we finished my session.
She don't want to wear the jacket
The American girl arrived and our Teacher wanted her to run at Srinakharinwirot University wearing a silver jacket. - I don't want to wear the jacket - Wear the jacket, 10 laps at Srinakharinwirot University - I don't want to wear the jacket - Wear the jacket - If I wear the jacket I only do 5 laps - 10 laps with the jacket They had a quarrel for a few minutes before she donned the jacket and left for Srinakharinwirot. Ichanged my shoes and I was looking for my Teacher before I left but I could not find him anywhere.
I found my Teacher at Srinakharinwirot University when I passed the field and the Americangirl was running around the field. I saw another girl with the same jacket asthe American girl was forced to wear. So this is obviously some kind of jacket to wear while running. I don't know if it is a thermo jacket to make you sweat more.
I stopped for a chat with my Teacher while we pepped the American girl running around the field.

I only had time for a quick glass of flaxseeds before it was time to leave for Bangkok Fight Club, I did not even had time for a shower. No shower and luckily enough there wasn't any girls at BangkokFight Club today. Only 3 guys and me so never mind if I smelled a wee bit of “HEAVY EXERCISE”
We started the session at Bangkok Fight Club with something I had not been doing for a very very longtime, the THAI NAVY EXERCISE. For sure nothing I had been missed.
When we finished the Thai Navy Exercises we got right on to the kicking. I still have some pain in my legs but the kicking worked out better than I had expected. We had a very good session at Bangkok Fight Club and I was in a good mood when Iwalked back home for a quick shower and a quick change of clothes. I need to get to Villa Market to buy flaxseeds and yogurt for my hangover smoothies. Never know if I need a Hangover smoothie on Sunday.
Kicking at Bangkok Fight Club
Kicking at Bangkok Fight Club
I bought 2 kilos of flax seed, mango, bananas and yogurt at Villa Market and I walked back home. I used to shop at Foodland on Sukhumvit Soi 5 but this area has turned in to something I don't like, well, the area turned in to something I don't like many years ago and I'm shopping at Tops Market on Soi 19. No need to go down Sukhumvit anymore. But today I had to go to Tops Market on Soi 11 because I have failed to find flaxseeds at Tops Market.
And yes, as soon as I had passed Soi 17 I ran in to “Refugee Camp Sukhumvit”. Amazing how this is allowed, but someone is making a lot of money selling “permits” for all the stalls along the side walk. Coming down towards Soi 15 and there is a kind of outdoor bar and there is always sitting a bunch of Africans drinking beer. And it is the same every time: - Hey man! - What the foock!!! Are they asking everyone passing where they come from? I don't even bother looking at them. Sitting there hassling people walking down the side walk. Is anyone falling for the “HEY MAN” and “WHAT'S UP” bullshit.

Saturday 9thof May 2012and I went to Chakrit Muay Thai School and I arrived there around 12 o'clock. I left at 13 thirty after a very good session and I walked back home for a shower. It isalways nice to come home from Chakrit Muay Thai School Saturday afternoons. No boxing until Mondayafternoon and I can have some rest. And maybe a few beers.
I had a shower and I had to go refill my valet. I have lost my ID for my internet bank so I cannot send any money to my account in Thailand. So my Thai ATM card is of no use. I have forgotten the pin code to my Master Card and my AMEX is of no use.
When I lived in Sweden I had unlimited credit on thiscard. But as soon as I moved to Thailand they changed the limit on the card to 250 000 Baht per month. So Icannot use the AMEX until I have paid my bill at the end of the month.
So I need to use my VISA card and when I had refilled my valet I had to go back home to leave mycard. If I lose the VISA card I'm in deep shit. So I'm better off leaving the card at home when going to drink beer. I took a taxi to Banglamphu and I passed the pub/ Travel Agent that used to be managed by a Danish guy and his wife. Now it is a French guy running the place.
I had 2 Stella beer and they had run out of Stella. Only Carlsberg and some strange beers left in the fridge so I left. I stopped at a place for a beer, they didn't have San Miguel Light. But I waspleasantly surprised that they had Tiger Light. But the music made me want to throw myself in front of a bus.
I walked around Banglamphu and I ended up at Barlamphu with the great band playing. The guy playing the guitar recognised me as soon as I stepped inside. It was an hour before it was time for the band to play. So I had time to enjoy a few Tiger beers while listening to my TAXI CD.
The band is really good and I got stuck at Barlamphu for several hours. I left one time, but I justcame out on the street and they asked me to come in for yet another beer.
I had planned to take a taxi to the Bar & Gallery on the other side of Ratchadamnoen Road. But I got stuck at Khao San Road when I left Barlamphu. I even think Iended up at the Brick bar before I left Khao San Road.
When I finally got away from Khao San Road I left straight for Thonglor, at least I can't remember going to the bar &gallery. FUNKY VILLA and DEMO at Thonglor and I was surprised that they let me in.
The last few times I had been there the Bouncers had refused to let me in. Well, most likely they have changed staff and it was no worries to get in.
More beers and I weren't back home until 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. I made a stop at GLOW on my way home. GLOW and Little Italy. GLOW close at 4 or 5. And Narcissus close at 5 and I pass these places on my way home. So many times I stop for a last beer instead of going home to bed.
+++++++++++++++
Sunday 10thof May 2012and I woke up at 12 o'clock. I spent the whole day in bed watching hangover DVDs. I had a quick break watching DVDs so I could go to buy some cheese and ham toast and snickers at 7 Eleven. I didn't felt asleep until 6 o'clock in the morning so I knew that I would miss My Thai Language School at Ratchadapisek tomorrow morning.
+++++++++++++++
Monday 11thof May 2012and I had already decided to skip my Thai class this morning. I had planned to go to Fortune Town to have a look for a tripod and a timer for my Canon so I can getstarted with my “time lapses”
So I had a morning smoothie before I took my Canon D60 and left for Fortune Town in a taxi. It didn't take me too long to get to Fortune Town and I started to look for camera shops. They had tripods but no timers for my camera and when I had been looking for an hour I decided to buy the tripod and to go look for the timer at Pantip Plaza some other day when I have the time. They had an Italian tripod,Marnfrotto. Made in Italy and not in China as all the other tripods. They had a wireless remote for my Canon and they included the remote in the price for the tripod without me asking.
I left the place with my tripod and remote and Iwas taking the escalators down to the ground floor to take a taxi back home. I got off the escalator on the 2nd floor and I was about to go for the next escalator when I heard someone screaming ALADDIN.
My friends were at the Sony shop to buy a camera.Yeah, I know, I'm wonder the same thing, who the foock buys a camera at a Sony shop? They only have Sony!!!
Well, he got his darn camera and we returned to the top floor for something to drink. There is a coffee shop and I was disappointed, only coffee. But I saw one girl drinking something that
Frappé
Frappé may refer to:
• A frozen fruit-flavored dessert made with shaved ice, similar to sherbet • Frappé coffee, an iced coffee beverage made from instant coffee • Le temps frappé, a French term for musical downbeat
Frappe may refer to: • A milkshake in New England • An Italian name for angel wings, a sweet, crisp pastry made with deep-fried dough
looked like a smoothie and I checked the menu. No smoothie on the menu and I asked what the girl was drinking. - Frappe - What theis Frappe? Yes, I was surprised. I thought Frappe was some kind of coffeeand the girl was obviously drinking something that was red. So I asked for a strawberry Frappe and we sat down at a table waiting for our Frappe orders. And of course, my friend ordered a brownie. I'm on diet so the Frappe was enough for me.
We finished our Frappes and we left for the subway. I had planned to go home by taxi but my friends were going by subway and I decided to join them.

I got off the subway at Sukhumvit and one of my friend got off there as well. He stays at a hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 8. I have not seen him for 10 years and he have not been in Thailand for avery long time. So he was a wee bit lost when we came up from the subway - Where are we? He decided to join me to Sophia Muay Thai Gym and I tried to talk him in to take a session. - I have back pain, I have pain here and there So he just wanted to watch. We walked to my place and I got changed and we left for Sophia Muay Thai Gym
I had yet another good session at Sophia and it was almost 4 thirty when I left and my friendtook a motorcycle taxi back to his hotel. Ihad a shower, a pot of tea and a“TUNA & ONIONSURPRISE”® before it was time to leave for Bangkok Fight Club.
No people when I arrived to Bangkok Fight Club. Our Teacher arrived a few minutes later and we thought that we were going to be alone. But as we walked up to the gym there was a Thai girl coming and it turned out that it would only be the 2 of us and our Teacher.
We started with warm up and then we started with some Muay Thai techniques. And today it was kicking and elbowing. Perfect, I had both pain in my left arm and in my right knee. When we do the shadow kicking I have some terrible pain in my right leg, but when we kick the bags it is OK.
The girl is elbowing our Teacher's pads

It was almost 9 when I left Bangkok Fight Club. Something that started as a disappointment turned out to be yet another good session at Bangkok Fight Club. I was disappointed that it was only the girl joining us. I knew that our Thai friend wouldn't join us today. But I had expected some more people. But the girl turned out to be very nice and it was fun and it was a good session and I was satisfied when I walked back home for a protein shake.
Tuesday tomorrow and I will be a no show at Bangkok Fight Club. Tuesdays and Bangkok Fight Club is full of teenagers and I'm better off staying away. I will go to Pantip to see if I can find a timer for my camera after my session at Sophia Muay Thai Gym and I willhopefully be able to make my first time lapse at Bangkok Fight Club on Wednesday.
+++++++++++++++
Tuesday 12thof May 2012and I called Sophia Muay Thai Gym before I left for my Thai Language School on Ratchadapisek. I have some pain in my left elbow and in my right knee so I decided totake a day off from the boxing. I called my friend and we were going to meet at Pantip Plaza at 3 thirty when I finished my school. I will tryto find a interval timer for my camera at Pantip Plaza so I can start with my time lapses.
I only had a can of tuna and a banana for breakfast so I was hungry already when I arrived to school. Sowhen we had our break 10 minutes before 2 I dashed off to 7 Eleven for some Minute Maid and ham & cheese toast. I paid my stuff and they asked if I wanted them to put my toast in the toast machine. - Yes, please! It took them a few minutes and I could enjoy my cheese & ham toast and my Minute Maid. It tastedvery good and I was in a good mood when I returned to class.
I left school a wee bit early and I arrived to Pantip Plaza at 3 thirty. My friend was sitting outside Pantip Plaza and he was talking with someone he had met at the restaurant outside Pantip Plaza. We went inside and we started to look for the device for my camera. We started on the third floor and we were not having any luck. We looked everywhere and they didn't have the interval timer for my camera.
We came to the fourth floor and we found a shop and I could not believe my luck when they told methat they had a timer for me. Not a Canon timer, but it was made in Korea so I decided to buy the timer. I really didn't feel like walking around looking for the timer any more.
We went down to the ground floor to buy a loudspeaker for my friend's phone before we left for World Trade Centre. We walked to World Trade Centre and my friend found his contact lenses. We walked around the area for a while before taking the sky train to Sukhumvit Soi 8.
We just missed the sky train when we came up on the platform, but there was another train coming just a few minutes later.
We arrived to Sukhumvit Soi 8 and I had planned to walk back home. - You just had your dinner? I asked my friend - Ah, I can have something to eat. We stopped at an Italian restaurant on Soi 8 and I asked if they had avocado - Avocado salad? - No, only avocado and smoked salmon They had both avocado and smoked salmon and I got a plate with avocado and smoked salmon.
Smoked salmon and avocado - Smoked salmon and avocado is the best combination ever
Well, I try to avoid restaurants because I can't just order one course. I go crazy when I read themenu. There is nothing stopping me. - Spinach - Garlic bread with mozzarella cheese - Salmon & vodka in cream sauce
Yes, I had spaghetti with salmon & vodka in cream sauce in Phnom Penh a few years ago and it was delicious. They brought the smoked salmon & avocado and they put the plate in front of me. They put the spinach in front of my friend. - THAT'S FOR ME!!! They brought a big plate of garlic bread with mozzarella and they put the plate with garlic bread in front of my friend. - THAT'S FOR ME!!!
I could hardly move when it was time to leave, I had been eating way too much. I felt bad and the agony was terrible. I walked to Time Square where I went inside to take the escalators to the thirdfloor and the walking bridge to Robinson. I stopped at a HI FI shop on the second floor to have a look at a new amplifier.
They had Nakamichi, I only knew of Nakamichi tape deck. I have a Nakamichi tape deck that I bought back when I was a young student. I never heard of Nakamichi doing amplifiers.
The girl wanted to have a picture
Well, anyway, I was looking at amplifiers with the sales guy when the girl working in the shop came up to us. She asked the sales man to ask me if she could have a picture of me. Yeah, she was cuteso I said OK. But as I told her: - I wish I could have stayed longer, but I'm in a hurry back home to create my first ever time lapse with my new timer.
I was back home and I started to set up my camera on my new tripod. I connected my new Interval Shutter Release devise. I set the time to 1 minute and I started the device.
The result turned out very well, and we can imagine the effect if I had choosed to set the shutter to go off every 30 seconds.
We can see that the camera is moving in some frames. On the picture above we can also see that Imade the mistake to put the tripod on the rug on the floor. And as this was my first time using the Interval Shutter Releasedevice I was checking on it all the time. A cubic ton of Porky running on the rug and it is obvious that the rug is moving.
So this is what I'm worried about making “Time Lapses” at Bangkok Fight Club. The floor is covered with foam rubber and the running and jumping might make the camera move on top of the foam rubber.
Well, I can't wait to get to Bangkok Fight Club tomorrow to try out the equipment. Andof course, after the KILLER dinner at the Italian restaurant I need to make triple sessions at Bangkok Fight Club for several months to come.
+++++++++++++++
Wednesday 13thof May 2012and I skipped my Thai Language School because I didn't felt asleepuntil almost 6 thirty in the morning. I was just about to get out of bed when I felt asleep. And when my alarm went off at 8 thirty I just turned off the alarm and I returned to bed.
I went to Sophia Muay Thai Gym at 3 o'clock and when I was finished with my boxing I went back home to have my last smoothie. I have decided to skip the smoothies because I suspect that my diet is a wee bit off the track. So I will go back to my original tuna diet and I will change the pumpernickel for a glass of flaxseeds.
Walking to Bangkok Fight Club was not a nice experience. I was carrying my camera and tripod plus of course my water bottle, shoes and gloves. But I will try to make a few “Time Lapses” during our session. I set up my camera and tripod at arrival, I arrived 20 minutes before 7 just to have the time to set up the equipment.
Stretching at Bangkok Fight Club
Warming up at Bangkok Fight Club
And of course, I forgot to set my camera to smallest size picture so my memory card was full when I was doing my second “Time lapse”. Well, never mind, my friend arrived to 7 Eleven and I wentdown to pick him up. I told him to come get me at 8 thirty, but he arrived at 7 thirty so I cancelled the rest of my session at Bangkok Fight Club and we walked back home to my place for a few drinks before leaving for Thonglor and more beer.
I had a shower, but first a few STROH Rum and we left to look for a taxi to take us to Thonglor. We started with a few San Miguel Light at Whiskey Mist. They have changed their name and I have no clue what the place is called. But it is the same staff andthey recognised me.
My friend was hungry and he stopped at a hamburger bar on Thonglor Soi 10, but they were closed and we tried an Italian restaurant. They were also closed so we went to Muse for a few beers. If they would let us in.
Last time we were here they kicked us out of there. This is a few years ago and we decided never to go there again. But walking to FUNKY VILLA takes 3 minutes so we needed to stop for a beer or two. No problem to get in to Muse and we were soon having a beer infront of us.
Wednesday night and there was much people, but not so much so much as there use to be during Fridays and Saturdays. Then itimpossible to move at the places in Bangkok so I like to go out in the middle of the week.
We ended up at FUNKY VILLA and there was a very good band playing. We ended up at a table and when my beer arrived there was a guy screaming. - I PAY!! I PAY!! I refused to let him pay, so I paid my beer and I ordered a bottle of Black Label. When the Waitress arrived with the Black Label I gave the bottle to the guy that wanted to pay for my beer.A VERY BIG MISTAKE!
Now he started to order beer like there was no tomorrow. 3 bottles at the time and I was the only one drinking beer at the table.
I had planned to go to check out Nang Len, but it was way too late when I finally made it out from FUNKY VILLA.
I don't know what time it was when I was back home, but I remember being to Narcissus (Now called Narz) before going home. I also remember that I skipped my early morning pasta and pizza at Little Italy.
+++++++++++++++
Thursday 14thof May 2012and I woke up at 12 o'clock. My friends were going to meet at Bei Otto, the German restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 20 at 1 o'clock. I skipped my Thai Language School on Ratchadapisek and I left for Sukhumvit Soi 20 in a taxi.
My friend is flying back home to Sweden tonight and I can't wait for him to go home so I can reclaim my life. No more Italian and German restaurants. No more skipped Thai boxing and Thai languageclasses, and of course, no morelate nights on Thonglor and thus no more hangovers.
I ordered a schnitzel, looked very good on the picture in the menu. Schnitzel and home fried potatoes. - One Schnitzel - Pork or veal - Veal, please!
I got my Schnitzel, WITH FRENCH FRIES!!!What theI got angry until I was told that the pork Schnitzel came with home fried potatoes and the veal was served with French fries. So I paid almost 700 Baht for something that I didn't liked. The pork Schnitzel was 400 and this would have been both cheaper and better tasting. I finished my Schnitzel, but I never touched the French Fries.
At Bei Otto
I was back home around 2 o'clock and I changed to my boxing clothes and I went to the drug store to pick up some medicines and then I walked to Sophia Muay Thai Gym. Our Austrian friend'sson was training at Sophia Muay Thai Gym when I arrived. The plan was for usto go to play football at our Austrian friend's place on Sukhumvit Soi 23 around 5 thirty.
I had a terrible session at Sophia Muay Thai Gym, running around punching myTeacher's pads when I just wanted to stay home in front of my TV watching hangover DVDs. And on top of this they are going todrag me to a soccer field.
Well, my friend is flying back to Sweden tonight and I had more or less planned to skip my session at Bangkok Fight Club tonight so an hour of soccer or football would do me good. And our Teacher at Bangkok Fight Club has started to take up an ALLTIME FAVOURITE again, the Thai Navy Exercise. For sure nothing I'm ready for today.
Well, anyway, I survived the hour at Sophia, well, almost an hour. I got started 20 minutes past 4and I gave up at 5. Just to give me time to change shoes so we could leave for the football game.
Our friend from Austria lives a few minutes' walk from Sophia Muay Thai Gym so we were walking there. The owner of Sophia drove his car but our Teacher and the American girl walked with me.
They have a food stall outside Sophia Muay Thai Gym and our Teacher stopped to buy some snacks on the way to thefootball. He asked me if I wanted to have some snacks. I like this kind of crepes, but as I am on diet I said no thanks.
Our Teacher and the American girl got their snacks and we left for the soccer game. When we arrived to our friend's place the owner of the Sophia Muay Thai Gym arrived with his car. The Security guards took us to the soccer field behind the house.
It was a huge park belonging to the apartments. 2 tennis courts,a playground for children and plenty space to play soccer. And there wereplenty people walking their dogs in the park.
Buying snacks outside Sophia Muay Thai Gym
Our Austrian friend and 2 of his sons were waiting for us. They had 2 other friends there so we were 9 people playing. And it was really hard to run and it didn't take long before I was dead tired. And my hangover on top of that. But we were kicking arse and we were soon 3 to 0. Our Teacher started with 2 goals and then the American girl took a shoot at the goal and our friend's son managed to get the ball in to their own goal.
Our friend from Austria realised that we were kicking arse so he wanted to join our team and the American girl changed to the other team and we continued the game. Will it never come to an end? I was more dead than alive, hangover and no water.
But our host had brought a pick nick basked with water so I filled my water bottle and I felt a wee bit better. We were soon finished with the soccer and our Austrian host brought the pick nick basked and a cooler with beer. I was drinking water and eating watermelon. But the other guys was drinking beer.

I called my friend when I was back home. He was sitting at a place on Soi 8 and he is leaving for the airport at 9 o'clock. I had a quick shower and I took a taxi to Soi 8. The Hangover Man has managed to yet again surprise me. Lunch at the German restaurant, boxing, football and now I'm off to a restaurant on Soi 8. - Hmm, maybe this is the thing. To have a hangover in the middle of the weak.
If I have a hangover on a Sunday it is Hangover DVDs all day long and I don't leave my bed. Ihave been very busy today and, well, I haven't had much time to ponder over the hangover. Of course, at Sophia and the football I wished that I was home in bed. I had my dinner with my friend and we went to his hotel where the taxi was waiting for him. He took off to the airport and I went to Tops Market to buy some stuff before walking back home to my bed and hangover DVDs. And I willhopefully be able to fall asleep so I don't have to watch movies until 6 o'clock in the morning.

Friday 15thof May 2012and I was busy looking for information about VISA to Australia. I will go to Australia to join Maersk Claudia at the end of the month so I will need to have a VISA.
I brought my tripod and camera when I left for Sophia Muay Thai Gym. Our friend from Austria was warming up when I arrived to Sophia. I set up my camera and tripod and then I started my session while my camera took a picture every 2nd second.
Time lapse from Sophia Muay Thai Gym
Well, I will try to change the setting to a picture every second to see how this turns out. But first I will have to buy a bigger memory card. I think they have 16GB now and that would be better. I'mdown to the second lowest quality on the pictures. But it would be nice to get a little better quality and thus I need a bigger memory card.
I put together my time lapse when I was back home from Sophia. I had time for a quick shower and I had to leave for Bangkok Fight Club.
I stayed behind at Sophia to have a chat with the owner so there wasn't much time to relax when I was back home.
And when I was half way to Bangkok Fight Club I had to turn around and go back home again. I had forgotten the shirts to my Teacher. I should have brought them last Wednesday, but I forgot them. Now I had put the shirts at my door but I forgot them anyway. So I had to go back home and I was a few minutes late to the session at Bangkok Fight Club.
There were 3 guys when I arrived and the girls from the Philippines arrived a few minutes after me. We started with stretching andthen it was time for 2 minutes with the Thai Navy Exercise.
Then we spend the rest of the session kicking and kneeing and I was back home quarter past 9.

Saturday 16thof May 2012and I woke up around 11 o'clock with a wee bit pain in my left knee. So I decided to skip Chakrit Muay Thai School today. But I changed my mind after my morning tea and“ TUNA & ONION SURPRISE
”® so I packed my camera and tripod and I left for Chakrit Muay Thai School. I will make a “Time lapse” with 1 second intervals today.
Today's session at Chakrit in 2 minutes
It was a very good session at Chakrit. I was pounding my Teacher's pads so the people from thecoffee shop next door came out to have a look. There were 6 or 7 people standing there watching and it was pretty embarrassing.
There was one girl taking pictures of me and the owner stopped me and he told me that the girl wanted a picture of me. Well, Icould not help myself so I pulled down my pants a wee bit to spice up the picture. The girl got her pictures and I could continue with my session.
I was pounding my Teacher's pads when I came up with an idea. I would take a picture of the girl and I called her. She came up to me and I got my pictures and I continued my session.
The girl is taking over my Teacher when I'm ready
The girl is taking over my Teacher when I'm ready
The girl is taking over my Teacher when I'm ready
The girl is taking over my Teacher when I'm ready
When I was ready the girl took over my Teacher and I took a few pictures of her. She had asked me to put the pictures on Chakrit Muay Thai School's Facebook. She was really nice and I had agood time at Chakrit. When I left the girl told the Teacher that she wanted to do the same as Aladdin.
I uploaded the pictures on Chakrit's Facebook when I was back home. And when I was leaving for a walk in the Benjakiti Park it started to rain so I skipped the constitutional. I was going to meet myfriend in the park, but we decided to go eat some Japanese food instead.
We were going to meet at a Japanese restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 at 7 o'clock. And it didn't take longbefore I had a beer and hot sake in front of me.
They didn't have any San Miguel Light so I had to drink Heineken. Well, it was ok with ice. Iordered avocado and salmon maki to have something to eat with my beer and sake.
The food was excellent and my friends ordered foodlike there was no tomorrow. The Waitress brought plates all the time, but I only ate my salmon and avocado maki. One plate of salmon maki and oneplate of avocado maki.
But I had severaljugs of the hot sake and I was a wee bit tipsywhen it was time to leave for Thonglor in a taxi. The owner of the Sophia Muay Thai Gym had told me about a place on Thonglorand I had decided to go check it out. I think I had a wee bit too much of the sake but we made it to Thonglor. We found the place and we had a few beers and my friend returned home around 12 o'clock and I continued to FUNKY VILLA.
They were soon closing but they recommended a place across the street and they were open until 5 or 6 o'clock in the morning. I had been recommended this place by the bouncerswhen we were at FUNKY VILLA lastWednesday. But I never went to check it out, maybebecause I was a wee bit tired.
But I was full of vim today (even though I had a litre of hotsake at the Japanese restaurant) so I decided to go check it out and it turned out to be a very nice place.
I don't remember much from the place, but according to my pictures there is a guy wearing my cap and there is a picture of me wearing his grey colouredcap. (not as cool as my cap)
I must have had at least a few beers, well, most likely more than a few beers. FUNKY VILLA closes at 2 o'clock and I took the last picture 4 minutes past 4. But I doubt that they had San Miguel Light or Tiger Light. And I doubt that I was in any state to ask for ice and a wine glass so it was most likely Heineken from abottle. But 4 o'clock in the morning it is never mind, by theneverything is tasting the same.
I don't think I went down to the bridge. I can't say that I like the places at the bridge. Open until, well, I don't know when they are closing. But I remember not too long ago leaving at 7 thirty in the morning. But there are way too much people.
But it was almost day light when I came home at 6 o'clock and I just knew that I would have a hangover force 9,6 when I wake up. But that's another adventure, Charisma Man is going to bed and he will wake up as theHangover Man.
