and I woke up at 01:30 due to pain in my toe. Why is it only
during the night time? I took a fistful of painkillers and I watched an episode of Simpsons before I felt asleep around 3 o'clock.
Well, one thing is for sure, I won't go to Ekkamai tonight. I was dead tired when my alarm went off and I hardly made it out of bed. I'm usually staying in bed for 10 minutes to check the morning news
and yesterday they told me about a female Police Officer that got raped by her
fellow Police Officers. And I understood it as the Police force had asked the journalists
not to write about it so the Police would lose their face.
- What the
??!! Isn't that something they should have thought about before raping people? And they told us that there are 2 kinds of police, the good and the bad. And I learned that Police Officer “SMILEY” was the good Police.
I also learned that “SMILEY” was a dummy used in the traffic trying to get the road users to follow the traffic regulations. OK, why don't they do it as they do it on The Philippines? They
have special “TRAFFIC DISCIPLINE ZONES” and thus no good Police Officers.
Well, anyway, I finished my tea and I walked down to Asok sky train station and I got off at Chit Lom and I walked down Ratchadamri Road to AUA.
On my way down Ratchadamri I discovered that they have had an ANTI-CORRUPTION EXPO in town.
- What.... 
We had two hours in school and when we finished I walked down to Sarasin and then I turned up on
San Luang. I walked up to Central Chit Lom where I took a taxi to Ratchadapisek. I have decided to remove the stones from the walls in my bathroom so I needed to look for new stuff to put on the walls.
I stopped at one place and they really didn't have much to choose from so they recommended me to continue up on Ratchadapisek to Boonthavorn.
There were plenty to choose from. I found a Spanish tile that I liked. But tiles are nothing I like too much so I asked if they had stones.
- We have a shop on the other side of the road with granite and marble.
This is the very same shop where I bought the marble for the bathroom floor so I decided to cross the road to have a look.
By then I was very hungry and when I left the place I
smelled something I recognised.
They have some crepes styled stuff they sell along the roads and it's delicious. But where is the smell coming from? I looked around and I discovered a guy making the crepes styled sweets on a pushbike.
I bought 5 sweets and I continued to the bridge to cross the road. Half way to the bridge I returned to the crepes guy and I bought 5 more and I actually had yet another 5 of the sweets before I left.
On the other side of the roads they had granite and marble. I found some nice stuff.
- Oh, this is not good for bathrooms. No water!
OK, suddenly there wasn't very much left to look at and I returned home. Well, my guess is that I
will spend more time at Boonthavorn before I make up my mind.
I was at home when my friend called. He was back from Africa and he was going for a drink with his friends going back to France on Friday.

I took a taxi to my friend's friend's hotel. My friend had not arrived when I knocked on his friend's door. Well, they opened the door and my friend arrived 20 or 30 minutes' later.
As we were 5 people we had to take 2 taxis from the hotel to the disco. It took us 10 minutes to get
there, but as we arrived I remembered
that I didn't had any money so I went to the ATM with my friend.
We hat to buy a bottle as entrance
fee, 2000 Baht so it came down to 400 per person. Vodka, ice and mixers. Not too bad! 
Of course, a bottle of vodka will not last for a full night.
Well, maybe, I have to get up at 8 tomorrow morning for my school. And my friend told me about a school 5 minutes walk from my place. Would be perfect as an afternoon school. I will check it out tomorrow. 
Wednesday night, yes, to party in Bangkok and you're better off in the middle of the week. At the
weekends there are millions of people and you can't move
and it takes like forever to get a drink.
A hot tip if you're visiting Bangkok and you end up at a disco with
much people: Give the Waiter or Waitress a 100 or 200 Baht tip when you enter the place and they are hovering around you making sure your glass is full all the time.
No matter how much people there are at the place.
And I will throw in a second hot tip as a bonus: If you're wearing cool glasses leave them at home. And unless you're trying to cover up a bald spot, leave your cool baseball cap at home as well.
We had been there for a while when 2 other friends showed up. I knew one of them and the other
one I recognised from Songkran back in April this very year.
We were soon having a second bottle of vodka on the table. There was an American guy running around asking if he could take a drink.
- What the
People have no shame, why is he going to a disco without money. And he didn't look embarrassed when he asked for a drink.
- F@ck off!
He was soon back asking for a drink and I told him to f@ck off again.
When I was at the bathroom I ran into a crowd. And it was pretty much the same scene as at the
Thai Airways check-in in Manila. Must
have been some Thai movie star or something because everyone took his picture.
And when he was moving around there were plenty people following him around. So it's pretty nice to be the
anonymous Aladdin. Imagine going to the bathroom and there is a crowd following you taking pictures.
I don't know what time they closed the place, must have been 4 or 6 o'clock in the morning and I'm soon off to school. When I left I returned an almost full bottle of vodka to the bar. I got a receipt and I can use the bottle next time we decide to go to the place.

I arrived to school 1 hour late so I attended 1 class only before I walked back to FOODLAND at Soi 5 where I bought some food. I took a taxi back home.
I went to the school at Asok in the afternoon and I will start my class next Wednesday afternoon. Good, it's just a 5 minutes' walk from my home to the school.
I spoke with my friend on the phone on my way to school. They have opened a Scandinavian
deli on Soi 18. I asked him what they would sell at the shop. A lot of good stuff and I told him that I would stay well clear of the place or my diet would go down the drain.
I stopped at a Japanese restaurant on my way back
home from my new school. I ordered a cubic ton of avocado sushi and a bottle of water.
And of course, a bowl of sesame seeds.
I spent the evening in front of my TV watching DVDs. I have to get up at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning to get to school in time. No afternoon class tomorrow, but we will play badminton at 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.

And after 2 hours in school I walked back home. I crossed to San Luang from Ratchadamri via Soi Mahatlek Luang 3. I walked up San Luang towards Ploen Chit. There are plenty food stalls in the corner of Ploen Chit and Soi Ton Son. And I smelled something reminding me of the crepes I had the other day. So I stopped and I bought a box for 20 baht.
I left the place, but after 20 meters I returned and I asked the girl what they called the stuff.

I understand the word kanom but coke, I don't have a clue what it is. So I asked what it meant. Well, it was something with pounding and it really didn't make any sense to me. But I will ask my teacher next time. Not today, because she is sick
and badminton is cancelled. 
I stopped a FOODLAND to buy some food. A few kilos of onions, leeks, dill and sweet pepper. I
also bought potato, cream, butter and minced meat preparing myself for tomorrow when I will make Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes.
I took a taxi from FOODLAND and when I came home I made a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® WEEKEND SPECIAL. I added dill, leek and sweet pepper to the tuna, onion, corn and seaweed.
I mixed the stuff and I called DHL while waiting for my tea to be ready. They delivered a parcel to me. I was not home so they asked some Khun Pompam or something like that I don't know who it is. Of course, Khun Pompam or something like refused to pay the import tax and they sent back the parcel to Rotterdam.
I called DHL and they were going to call me back. I never heard from them so I called again a few
days ago. They were going to work on the problem and the girl was going to call me back. She never called back so I called them today.

Well, she told me that she was sorry and that I had to call Rotterdam and ask them to send the parcel again.

Well, I will never use DHL again. I have used UPS several times with no problem. But DHL, they ask a stranger that refuses to pay import
tax and they return the parcel without speaking to me.
All this DHL business made me wasting a lot of time and I had to dash off to Soi 18 in a taxi instead of walking. I was going to pick up my BUPA insurance and I was also paying my annual home insurance fee. My friend had just opened a Scandinavian deli last Saturday. So he was at his office during the afternoon and he had brought my
insurance paper from his other office. So I went to his office at SCAN DELI to pay the insurance. I had no plans to buy anything. Well, a jar of lingon berry jam for the meatballs, but
that's it.
They had salmon rolls and I decided to buy a few to give it a try. They wanted to pack them in a bag for me to bring home. But I had other plans.
- No I will eat them right here and now at the counter.
The salmon was half the price comparing to FOODLAND.
Hmm, OK, give me a salmon. Then while looking around I discovered salmon sauce. (Hovmästarsås) I had to buy a jar, a big setback for my diet. I usually just have dill and lime juice with my salmon. Well, the more I stayed the more I discovered and I had to get the f@ck out of there before buying more food.
I walked up Soi 18 towards Sukhumvit when I passed the Lexus shop. They we having a fire drill with their employees. I have seen it before, they usually train the workers and security guards in the buildings in the use of fire extinguishers. The fire department have been at my condo as well to train the staff. But I don't know how often they train the staff.
For sure Bangkok is changing. I still remember the first time I saw the Bangkok fire department on the way to fight a fire. Rama 4 and they came with flashing lights and sirens. When they passed me I discovered that it was ordinary pickups (Painted red, of course) and the fire fighters were sitting in the back with flip flops (Terror or fire fighting flip-flops?) and bamboo ladders.
I had seen that they were building something at my street for the last week. Today they had put up
a sign on the building. The clubhouse, a
new place to make a total tit out of myself? I don't know, it still
looks like they have a few weeks before they are ready for the grand opening.
When I came home I had to try the salmon and the salmon sauce.Mmm,
it was very good and I will try to avoid the SCAN DELI in the future, or it will be a big setback for my diet. Well, before I left my friend told me that he would call when they got Smörgåsgurka.
- Please! Don't!
My plan was to stay home, but its Friday and I have had a long week in school. Badminton was
cancelled so I can actually hold my Teacher responsible
for “ME” going to the disco.
Yes, admit it, it's so nice when someone else
is held responsible for the f@ck ups.Hmm, that might even be the reason for my mild
hangover.
Most of the places was closed due to the upcoming election and they don't want the Thais to be drunk
when they cast their vote. I don't know the name of the
place but it was something with 39 or 49. If I'm going back I will have to ask my friend for the name.
My friend is studying at an international business school here in Bangkok. He did the
first year in Tokyo andafter a few drinks we decided to take a weekend trip to
Tokyo in January after his exams. That will be fun, but we
see what happens.
We meet a few of his class mates at the disco, at least I think it was a few of his classmates.
We had a bottle of vodka, a bucket of ice with a bunch of red bull bottles on the table. Standard entrance fee is to buy a bottle, 2000 bath and
split it in 3 and you spend 600 baht and that's next to nothing. Friday night, well, more like Saturday morning and the place was crowded.
And no, I don't know what time I got back home. And I don't know what time they closed the disco. But my guess is 6 o'clock in the morning. And seriously, by then I should be in bed sleeping.
I'm sorry to say that they don't have the “Guiltless choco indulgence” here in Thailand.
Well, guiltless or not, I need some choco milk. They
were busy painting the house when I went to the 7 Eleven.
I was back in my apartment after 10 minutes and I spent the afternoon lying in my bed watching Simpsons wearing my HOME MADE “hangover

socks” that I got from Lisen last time in Go:teborg. But I don't know
if it's thanks to my glasses, but the hangover wasn't as severe as they used to be back in the “Pre glasses” days.
But I was not left alone for long. My phone rang and my ex Teachers were on their way so I had to
go to the kitchen preparing for the meatballs
and mashed potatoes. Or as the call it in Thailand, smashed potatoes.
I had finished peeling the potatoes and the water was boiling when they arrived. I had also managed to mix the stuff for the meatballs and I was
not looking forward to rolling the balls. But as this is Thailand I decided to make flat meatballs. And
even better, I will ask my guests to make the meatballs.
They took on the task with enthusiasm while I did the (S)mashed potato. And the dinner turned out as a big success. Half the jar of lingon berry jam disappeared. And I was surprised that all the mashed potato was gone. I had expected them not to like the mashed potato.

turned out to be popular as well.
Well, this is what I will eat from now on and the leftover meatballs was put in a box and my ex Teacher can enjoy them at home.
Friday night was a mistake, but one night out in a weekend is OK. And this weekend is not over until Tuesday. Monday is a holiday so no school, so one night out of 3 is VERY good.
They asked if I was going to Walen
school's Christmas party in one or two weeks.
- No, believe me, this one I will stay well clear off!
Of course, by now my mild hangover had turned in to a force 9,8 hangover.
Yes, the hammer
hit me like a hammer after the meatballs. Same story every time, I
have a meal and my hangover gets worse. That's why I stick to hangover milk the day after a party.
Well, for sure, no party today and I think the girls were a wee bit disappointed. They wanted to drinkvodka and I told them to go ahead. But obviously it was no fun when I was drinking water.
So when the girls left I wrote a few words on my web page before going to bed to watch some Simpsons until I felt asleep.

We decided to go watch a movie.
- What movie do you want to see?
- Never mind, I said.
I asked her to check what movies they had
on the internet. She gave a suggestion and she should check out the times on the internet before she came.
My ex Teacher and her kids arrived around 2 o'clock and now we had to wait for the other ex Teacher. 
When she finally arrived we could take off towards the Cineplex at Ekkamai. We had 2 cars but we
decided to take a taxi in order to avoid problem with
parking spaces.
And of course, when we arrived they could not agree on a movie. I told them to pick a movie, for me it was never mind what movie we watched.
They agreed on a movie and I have already forgotten the name. We went to eat while waiting for the move, one and a half hour before the
movie started so we had plenty time.
Even though we stretched our dinner more than usual we had 30 minutes before the movie started. So we walked around looking at stuff while the kids were playing games at an arcade or whatever they call it.
And the movie, what a sleeping pill! It was about some girl working in the CIA and it was all sounding very exciting.
But they only talked and not one single gun-shot during the 4 hours I spent watching the movie. No it was not 4 hours, but it was for sure feeling like we spent 4 hours watching the darn thing. And that's even though I left in the middle of the move to explore the cinema (Candy shop)
My friend called me when we came back home. He wanted to go to disco, but I passed. I'm better
off getting some sleep even though it is holiday tomorrow. I don't remember if my
school is closed tomorrow. I think the office is closed but they might have classes. Well, I will see if I can get out of bed at 8 tomorrow morning, then I will go check out the school.
I took a taxi to school as I was a wee bit late and I was happy to discover that school was open. I
had 2 hours in school and I walked back home at 3 o'clock.
Well, I walked almost all the way home. I stopped at FOODLAND to buy some onions and milk. And when I was at FOODLAND I took the opportunity to buy a few cans of corn as well. So now I have stuff for my tuna for a few days.
I got an e-mail from a friend in Go:teborg yesterday, he had a hangover and I wrote to him and I suggested that he should go to Yammy to
see Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1”
And please take a picture and send to me. So when I came home from FOODLAND he had replied that he would be right on it.
He had bought a new camera and I will
hopefully soon be updated with new pictures of Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1”

Well, my friend from Ratchadapisek called when I was on my
bed studying Thai. I took a taxi to his place. I had a diet drink while we were talking about school, squash and party. We decided to start playing squash at my place. School every day and squash in the evenings and no more party. Maybe once a week, tops!
We will start our new school on Wednesday and we will start with the squash,hopefully this very
week. I took on my shoes and I was ready to go home when my friend asked what I would do.
- I will go home study
- No party?
I could see that my friend wanted to go for some
party. I don't need any 1200 pages book about face reading to read that on his face. So I went down and I bought a bag of beers and we had a few beers in his apartment. When we sat in his apartment his friends from France came over. A couple from France on a 5 months holiday in Thailand.
They wanted to join us to SLIM, butthey wanted to make a stop at Mansion 7 for one drink before we left. And of course, they had to go to their hotel to change shoes before we left for SLIM. No flip-flops alowed at SLIMS. Of course, they don't want the place to look like a beach guard convention. 
Well, while they were changing shoes I took a taxi home to get snus. I had not planned for a night
on town so I needed more snus. I had been home for 5 minutes when my friend called. They were in a taxi on my parking so I went down and we took off towards RCA.
Luckily enough they had forgotten me at SLIM. Yes, we remember the drama last spring when we went to SLIM and we found out that the red shirts wasn't very popular at the place. After that they didn't allow me inside, but now it was OK again.
Hmm, maybe because they have new staff at the door. We took a
seat in a sofa outside and we ordered a bottle of vodka. Nice to sit outside, we were not yet ready to take on the crowd inside. But after a bottle of vodka things would for sure change. 
We finished the first bottle of vodka and now we were ready to take on the crowd inside. Packed
and it was not easy to find a table. Suddenly there was a Waiter waing
me.
- Aladdin!
And yes, he remembered me. He pointed at the place we had last time here and he brought us there. Best table at the place.
And of course, instead of going home to sleep we went to an after hour place when SLIM closed.

Well, when we finished the lunch I returned back home to my bed and Simpsons.
My alarm will go off at 8 o'clock tomorrow and I'm ready for a day of studies. My friend tried
to get me to drink beer during our lunch. He would like
to go party today, but he is on his own.
Later on in the evening I got out of bed to check my e-mail. Lo and behold, my friend had just arrived home from the Japanese restaurant Yammy Kitchen in Go:teborg and he sent me somepictures, fresh from today. His e-mail was an onslaught of

Hmm, can't help but wondering what the girl thought when my friend was bursting in to Yammy Kitchen taking her pictures. I don't know, but I don't think that it is something happening every day.
So now we just wait for the next update from YAMMY Kitchen in Go:teborg. I don't know if I can show myself at the place again with people passing by to take her pictures. Maybe she will think that I'm crazy. Andhmm, she's right.
alarm went off at 8 o'clock. I was dead tired after less than 3 hours of sleep. Impossible to fall asleep yesterday and I had to watch DVD until 5 o'clock in the morning.
I got in to my kitchen and I was too tired to make a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® so I just opened a can of tuna. I added some onion and oregano and I ate it with a pot of tea. I studied some Thai before I left for school at 12 thirty. I'm going to meet my friend quarter to 1 so we have time to register before class starts at 13:00.
We started class at 1 o'clock and our Teacher just went on and on and I had to ask her if there were any breaks planned.
- Do you want a break?
Me and friend said “YES” and we took off to 7 Eleven. I was hungry and I bought a Snickers.
We finished school at 4 o'clock. I returned home and my friend would came by at 7 for some
squash. We will play every day after school and this willhopefully slow
down my transformation from HIP to a HIPPO.
When I came home I made a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ®, and yes, I made a weekend special.
I had plenty to do before my friend arrive for squash. I needed to get down to Soi 33 to frame 3 paintings. One of the paintings was quite big
so I had to go look for a taxi and then we returned to my place to get the paintings.
Luckily enough we managed to get the painting in to the car and we took off. The driver was waiting for me outside the shop while I selected the frame. They told me to be back on Saturday afternoon to pick up my paintings.
My friend arrived 5 minutes past 7 and we went to play
squash and then we went to the gym at the pool. Well, I throw myself in the pool and my friend was running on the treadmill.
Well, squash and tuna, OK, the Snickers was a little set back. But from now on I
will study at the new school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 09:00 - 12:00. Lunch at home, STRICTLY TUNA ONLY, between 12 and 1 o'clock. And class between 1 and 4 o'clock and then off to my condo to play squash.
I will study at AUA on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that will keeps me busy for 5 days per week. Restaurants are for weekends only, and I will keep this to a minimum. Party, MAXIMUM once a week. OK, maybe 2 times. But not more! V-shaped torso, here I come!
I was a wee bit tired so I took a quick power nap on top of my bed so I had decided to take the
afternoon class at AUA. I stopped at the office to pay my water bill on the way to school. I asked when they were coming to clean my air con units. The Manager called the company and they would be here between 1 and 2 o'clock. OK, if I'm lucky I can make it to the last two hours at AUA.
I was surprised when the air condition team arrived before 2 o'clock. But I don't think I will make it to school in time.
Friday tomorrow and this is a public holiday in Thailand so no schooltomorrow.Hmm, maybe a good idea to go down to my local 7 Eleven to buy some hangover milk and beer. Neverknow what happens during a holiday.
I took the walk down to 7 Eleven and I arrived, it must have been 1 minute BEFORE 2 o'clock when I entered the store. I went to the fridge and I started to take San Miguel Light from the fridge. When I reached the counter the clock was 1 minute past 2 o'clock and I was not allowed to buy the beer. Not allowed to buy alcohol between 14:00 and 17:00 in Thailand.
The girl took my beers and put them back in the fridge. DARN!
Who came up with this stupid
regulation. 1 minute past 2 and the girl told me that they could not cheat the computer.
But if I buy 10 litres of beer it's allowed, yes,
try to explain that if you can.
When I came back home they were working with my air condition units. They were dismantling all my air condition units and they brought them to my balcony for cleaning. The part remaining on
my walls was washed with high pressure washer.
I was glad to finally have got my air conditions cleaned. Last time they called me I wasn't home and well, I haven't had the opportunity since then.
And honestly, I wasn't disappointed that it took a wee bit longer than I had thought. School, I will be very busy in school next week and I need all the rest I can get.
And with all the extra time on hand I can as well go drink a beer or two. I wish that they could move Yammy Kitchen from Go:teborg, Sweden to FUNKY TOWN.
The more I look at the pictures of Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1” the more I want to go for a dinner in
Go:teborg. But Sweden is way too cold now. Well, the whole of Europe is covered in snow so this is pretty much a NO GO area.
But if I can't have Japanese food in Sweden I can
always go down to Soi 19 for my salmon sushi. And I can drink hot sake until the ache for
Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1”
makes me cryand to make a total tit out of myself.
- Hmm, I wonder what it would take to turn the “Human balloon” in to the “Human cannonball”.
Yes, that would be perfect. I could shoot myself straight to Yammy
Kitchen at Andra Långgatan in Göteborg
Well, as you understand my friend cannot go back to Yammy Kitchen to take pictures for me
again. But he came up with an excellent idea. He could send a friend to get a second set of pictures for me. That's the spirit I'm looking for.
Well, one thing is for sure, there should be a law against
being so beautiful, or,hmm, a law forbidding guys to be ugly as me.
OK, I went down to Soi 19 to meet my friend at the Japanese restaurant 17:45. I walked to the restaurant and it took me 10 minutes. The traffic was at a full stop so it would have
taken me at least 30
minutes to go there by taxi.
I started by ordering a beer and hot sake and my friend
ordered a soda water. I had my sake and it took about 8 seconds until my friend decided to drink hot sake to.
We ordered salmon and avocado sushi with the beer and hot sake. I don't know what happened without
sushi, but they had filled the avocado and salmon sushi with crab stick. And eating crab stick is like chewing on rubber.
We got our bill, 5000 baht and it was mostly hot sake on the bill. 5 plates of sushi would not have set us back very much. But
as you understand we were tipsy when it was time to leave the Japanese restaurant around 9 o'clock. 21:22 according to my camera.
We took a taxi from Soi 19 to Soi 23. I don't know the place we went to, but according to my
friend I was up on the stage making a tit out of myself again. Well, I'm in no hurry back to the place.
Well, according to my friend I had been on the stage for more than 10 minutes entertaining the crowd. Luckily enough it had been a great success so no one was embarrassed.
I don't know what time I left the place, but the last picture was taken 7
minutes after 10 o'clock. Or at 11, I'm not sure where I took the 11 o'clock picture.
Well, anyway, I grew tired of Soi 23 and I took a taxi from Soi 23 to RCA.
I was sitting in a sofa outside SLIM when my French class mate arrived with his friends.
And it didn't took long before we had a bottle of
vodka on the table.
There were 6 of us so the bottle didn't last for very long. The first bottle was served outside in the sofa and then we moved inside.
Thursday night, Friday is a holiday, but there was not
so much people as I had expected.
Well, at least I remember it as the perfect size of the crowd. Good, otherwise it is very crowdedduring the weekends.
I don't have a clue what time I returned back home. But we never went to any after hour place.
to SCAN DELI on Sukhumvit Soi 18. My friendwas having his lunch at SCAN DELI and I wouldn't mind some salmon.
When I arrived I saw that today's special was Falukorv, fried potatoes and fried egg. I ordered a plate and 2 bottles of water. And as
I suffered from a severe hangover I finished my
water in 0, 5 so I went in to get 2 more bottles of water.
Hmm, can as well have some salmon. I ordered a plate of salmon and they brought the salmon to my table with something that looked like a bucket of salmon sauce. One of the guys thought it was yellow pea
soup.
- Whoa whoa, I'm on diet!
I took a spoon of salmon sauce and I sent back the remaining 2 litres.
I was full when I finished my salmon, it must have been 500 gram on the plate. No sign off my Falukorv and I hoped that they had forgotten about the
Falukorv. Well, they brought my Falukorv so it was just to dig in.
More water, I had 6 or 8 bottles of water. But it didn't help to alleviate my hangover. Actually, when I finished my meal I felt much worse and I would have been much better off staying at home.
I took a taxi back home and I spent the evening in bed watching movies. Yes, this is what's happening during public holidays and school are closed.
Well, I hopethat there won't be any more holidays for a very long time now.
And it was impossible to fall asleep before 5 o'clock in the morning. Darn, impossible to fall asleep with the hangover.
So I'm lucky to have my hangover DVDs or the boredom tossin' and turnin' would have killed me.

But what happened? When I finished my tea it was like all my energy disappeared. I had
to return to my bed. I made a soup yesterday and I must have been poisoned by the soup. I stayed in bed all day long and I didn't got out of bed until 8 o'clock when I went for a pizza on Soi 19.
The restaurant is only some 2 to 300 meters away but I took a taxi, I just didn't have the energy
to walk there. But I needed energy and a “ TUNA & ONION SURPRISE
”
® would not have done it for me.
I walked back home with a stop at 7 Eleven for 2 Snickers and I ate my snickers in bed while watching movies.

The restaurant was quite full and I didn't fancy sitting in someone's lap while eating. I decided to take a taxi to an Italian restaurant on Soi 31. But I had to walk all the way to Sukhumvit before Ifound a taxi.
We stopped at the Italian restaurant but they wanted me to sit at a table in the middle of the
restaurant so I left for another restaurant. They didn't have pizza so I had to eat spaghetti with meat sauce.
I went to bed when I was back home, but first I reprogrammed the alarm clock in my
phone. I will go up at 7 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so I have time for homework before going to school at 08:45.
It was only me and one American studying “Reading & writing” between 9 and 12 o'clock. Good, only2 students in class
and the Teacher have more time for us.
I walkedback home at 12 o'clock for my lunch. I was hungry and I was looking forward to a cup of tea and “ TUNA SURPRISE
”
®. When I came home I saw a taxi driver waiting on the street so I asked him to take me to Soi 33/1 and back again.
I have three paintings for framing and I can as well take the opportunity to pick up my paintings during the lunch break. We will play squash at my condo when we finish class at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
I was a wee bit late for school after lunch due tothe trip to Soi 33/1. It was only 3 or 4 minutes so it was nothing to write home about. During our break we went to buy ice coffee and as I don't drink coffee I stopped for a diet drink on 7 Eleven.
We stopped at COTTO TILES on the ground floor on our way to my condo. I got 2 samples that I
will put in the shower. We have a lot of lime in the water here in Bangkok and my black walls are white. And it's very hard to clean so I will test how easy it is to clean the samples before I make a decision.
And of course, my French class mates will help me make the decision. 
We discovered that the squash hall was occupied by a Tai Kwando class. And they use the hall
every Monday and Friday between 16:30 and 18:00. Darn! Exactly the hours we want to play.
What to do? We had 1 hour 15 minutes to kill before we could play. My friends were hungry so we went to a restaurant around the corner for some food.
We finished our meal and we returned to my condo. My
friends went to my gym and I throw myself in the swimming pool
We killed 30 minutes in the pool area before we went down to the squash hall.
Of course, the Tai Kwando class was not finished when we arrived at 6 o'clock. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before we could start to play squash.
We played for about an hour and my friend wanted to go party. He had never been at FUNKY VILLA and now he wanted to go check it out. Well, I have school tomorrow.
I spent the evening reading and drilling holes in my wall for my paintings. My alarm will go off at
8 o'clock tomorrow and I will be off to AUA around 9 o'clock.
Even though I was tired after lack of sleep last night I found it hard to fall asleep. I
only slept for 3 hours last night so I had expected it to be easy to fall asleep, especially after a full day in school and the squash. Well, I gave up the idea of sleeping and I started to read a book.
I will meet my friend for lunch at Lang Suan 12:30 so I have time for my GOOD MORNING Tea and Thai studies before I left at 12 o'clock.
I meet my friend at Villa Market at the ground floor in the same building the law firm is located.
We walked back to Lang Suan
and I was hoping for us to eat salad. I'm always thinking of my diet.
But my hope faded when we
stepped in to an Italian restaurant on Lang Suan.
I looked in the salad section of the menu. I could not see any avocado salad and I asked them if they had any avocado salad.
Obviously we had ended up at a service minded restaurant. The Waitress told me that they
would make an avocado salad for me and I was pleased with my order. A salad would be enough for me.
My friend wanted to eat borrichetto or whatever they call it, well, anyway it is just a fancy “Italian”name for a toast. She wants to eat
avocado toast and is this my problem? Motherf@cker! It turned in to my problem before I had a chance to say that “I'm on diet”
- One is too much for me, we have to share.
What??!! OK, I asked them to add salmon to the avocadosandwich and this was of course no problem.
She was hungry and she wanted to eat pizza.

And yet again I had to ask the waitress to change their menu, third time within 3 minutes. I wanted half of the pizza with salmon topping. And this was no problem. Yeah, they are really service minded around here.
We got water and a basket with fresh bread. My friend didn't eat any bread so I had to finish the basked by myself. Dunk the bread in olive oil and, well, it's yummy. Or as Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1” say: YAMMY!
They brought a second basked of bread and I asked them to take out the bread again.
- What thehappened with the good service?
They left the second basket with bread on the table. And when we finished the food I was really food and I was about to return home instead of going to class. I don't remember the name of the restaurant. But the food was excellent and I can recommend the place. First Italian restaurant on your left hand side coming down Lang Suan from Ploen Chit.
I was full of agony after our lunch. 4 Star food, but it was my diet I was thinking about. I told my friend that I would never have lunch with her again, and if we were going to have lunch again it was strictly SALAD ONLY
We walked together to her office and I continued to school by foot. I had two hours and I walkedback home after school.
- Hmm, almost all the way back home. I stopped at FOODLAND. I bought onion, bell pepper, milk (non fat), dill and corn. I also bought carrots, I could choose between carrots from China and Australia. The Chinese carrots were half the price. Which do you think I choose? Of course the Australian carrots and I'm pretty sure that my carrots haven't
been touched by slave labour or and toxic shit. I just
have a feeling that they have some kinds of regulations in Australia, both regarding labour and the kinds of chemicals used when growing stuff. But,hmm, at least I think so.
I took a taxi back home. Coming home from school between 5 and 6 o'clock everyday and I don't have much time before it's time to leave for my 2 hours constitutional to Ekkamai and back.
I read my Thai books and it was pretty much time to leave for Ekkamai after that. And of course, I came up with all kind of stupid excuses when it was time to leave. I took pictures of my bathroom for the tile shop tomorrow.
Time to leave, no, now I started to clean my room. I
collected 4 big bags of garbage that I threw in the garbage room when I left for my constitutional.I gave the security guard an old digital camera that I found.
My departure was delayed by 1 hour and I was back home around 10 o'clock in the evening. A wee
bit later than expected, but I have new shoes. Yes, yet another pair of shoes that I had in my cupboard for shoes inside my door.
The last 2 weeks I have taken 4 pair of new shoes, 2 pairs went straight to the trash bin. 1 pair is used for squash and 1 pair is used for my constitutionals.
I don't know how I ended up buying all the shoes. Maybe it is like I read in a magazine. Why girls like to buy shoes? The shoes will still fit, never mind how much weight they gain,.
When I returned home I mixed my “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® so it is ready for tomorrow morning. My alarm will go off at 7 and I will be in shool at 9 o'clock so I save a few minutes of HIGH QUALITY morning time by preparing the “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® tonight.
And as a “Tuesday night surprise” ; I will give away the secret recepie.
Darn! It's one o'clock in the morning again and I have to get my sorry behind in bed. My alarm will go off in 6 hours and I really need to be full of vim in school tomorrow.
after just a few hours of sleep. After going to bed this very morning it was impossible to fall asleep. At 4 o'clock I changed my alarm from 7 to 8 o'clock.
So I had to skip my planned studies at home before I left for school quarter to 9. A brisk walk to school and, yes, it was fun in school. I and the American had company of a French student during the Reading & Writing class in the morning.
At 12 o'clock I went home for tea and my tuna. I stopped at COTTO TILES on the ground floor on my way back to school. They told me that it would take about 2 weeks to redecorate my bath room. And this was a huge set back, NO WAY that I will sit home for 2 weeks watching them
redecorate my bath room. One week, that's how long I can sit home waiting.
Well, I was a few minutes late for afternoon class. But my French class mates had not yet
showed up so I and my Teacher started and my class mates arrived 15 minutes later.
It was a very good day in school and when we
finished at 4 o'clock we went to my condo for squash. Today there was no Tai Kwando class in the squash hall so we could
start playing right away.
When we finished the squash we went to the swimming pool. I
went to my apartment to get my underwater camera while my friend was on the treadmill.
I bought my camera 1 or 2 years ago and I have never tested it in the
pool. I only used the camera during Songkran back in April.
I jumped in to the pool with my camera and I tried to take pictures of my friends diving in to the pool. Only bubbles so that was a small disappointment, but otherwise the camera worked well under water.
It had been a perfect day, a full day in school and then we ended the day with squash and
swimming.Hmm, swimming, it was more like playing in the pool.
It is really nice to relax in the pool after the squash. 30 minutes in the pool and my friends went back home and I had my evening tea and tuna.
This is what I will try to do every day from now on, no more party. My friend asked if I wanted to go to disco tonight.
- No, I have my diet to take care of.
Friday and my friend have a Christmas party with his company. But I told him that we were going to play squash Friday night. I eat tuna all week long when I want to eat Pizza and I would not mind to have dinner at Marriot. But instead I live the weeks as a self-tormentor and then it's pretty stupid to destroy it on the weekends.
- Hmm, of course, to eat tuna during the week and to go party during the weekend is better than to eat pizza everyday and party in the weekend.
And, well, a full day of only good things I was feeling quite good with myself. I called my friend
and asked what he was doing.
- Nothing, what are you doing?
- Well, I do pretty much nothing, I finish updating my web page
Well, it only took a simple phone call to turn my good life in to mayhem again.
Well, what was it my friend told me a few weeks ago. Yeah, I found it after reviewing my notes. “You just came home from
5 months on the ship and 1 months of training in Manila so a night on townis allowed.”
. Yes, of course, it was a
while since I came home. But they want me to go work again so I need to take every opportunity for a good
time. Well, maybe not, I told them that I was available in March because my friend is coming to Thailand and he will
spend a month in Thailand and I can imagine the trouble I have to go through if I'm not around.
Well, anyway, me and my friend took a taxi to FUNKY VILLA
and it didn't take all that long before we had a bottle of vodka in front of us.Red bull and orange juice as mixer and it was just to go.
Wednesday night and the place were crowded, but not like a Friday or Saturday night so it was no problem to find a place for our bottles.
What time I got home? I have no idea.
Well, the Christmas party tomorrow, I had no plans to go. To party with Thai people, well, it's OK, but it's annoying when they want to take care of you all the time. It's Ok when the Thai girls want to take care of you, but when they guys is holding your hand as soon as you leave the table is nothing I wish for. And no, it is not gay guys. But they really want to take care of you and they think there is danger lurking around every corner.
Especially when there is a handsome foreigner around.
So as soon as you rise from your chair there is a guy holding your hand making sure you don't get lost. You're off to the bath room and you have a guy or two hanging like a flag after you.
You're sitting at the table with all the Thai people around you, beautiful Thai girls and handsome Thai guys. And suddenly you spot a beautiful girl
two tables away. And I don't dare talk to her after just 2 beers. After 12 bottles it's another story and you move over to ask for her name. As soon as I make my move, SMACK! There is a guy in my hand. How stupid does it look asking the girl for her name with a guy or two holding your hand?
Last time at their party, there were maybe 50 of my friend's staff at the place and we had a real good time. Yes, it was very fun but I had to leave. I just couldn't move without having 1 or 2 guys holding my hand. I tried, politely, to tell them that it was not necessary. But it didn't help so I had to leave. And when I left they followed me out on the street to make sure that I got a taxi.
- OK, hey! I'm 18 and I can take care of myself!
There were 4 of us in morning class and today we had to write down what our Teacher told us. She said MAANII and I wrote มานี and of course, this was not correct.
My Teacher was not impressed.
- You have to put the right tone mark!
- It's f@cking impossible to hear what tone you're using, I said.
Well, we should write down what she said and of course we had to hear what tone she was using. I pretty much gave up. Yes, I belong to the WALKMAN generation and I was always listening to my WALKMAN
on full blast so I can't hear the difference.
Coming home for lunch and I discovered that I didn't had any tea.!! I had to drink a diet drink with my tuna. I was back at school for my afternoon class and I was alone. My friend had lost his
passport when we were at FUNKY VILLA last Wednesday so he had a shit load of paper work to do. Well, I was back home at 4 o'clock. I had a shower and I left towards Ram Intra.
Took me almost 30 minutes to find a taxi and then I spent almost 2 and a half hour in the taxi. And that was even though I we took the express way from Sukhumvit.
I had brought 2 cans of beer for the ride, of
course, my beer was history before we made it to the express way. And I was
about to piss my pants. 2 hours after I left my home
we stopped at a 7 Eleven on Param 9. 2 more San Miguel light and the staff were kind enough to let me use the staff bath room.
OK, we were ready to take off and we were soon back on the express way. Well,
we had to make one more beer and bath room stop before I arrived to the place, almost 3 hours after I had left my home.
I had had time for several beers so it was not all that bad. Imagine arriving to the place sober. Now it was Charisma Man arriving to the place.
Arriving and it was payback time. Now it was my turn to hold everyone's hands. And as you understand they didn't think this was as fun as when they walking around holding my hand. 
Well, Charisma Man or not, the more beer I drink the more handsome I get so I made sure that I
had a steady flow of beers and ice coming my way.
I meet an old friend running around with a computer bag.
- I'm very busy and I have business to attend to tomorrow.

I poured him a glass of beer and as soon as he turned around I filled up his glass.
1 hour later and I didn't had to refill his glass again. He was tipsy and he managed to keep both his and my glass full all the time. Yes, it's the first three beers that are the hardest, after that it pretty much goes down by itself. 
There must have been 100 people at the party and, well, I was not surprised that they recognised
me. It's not the first of my friend's party I attend to.

But I must say that this was the first time with so many beautiful girls. OK, I remember oneparty and I managed to make tit out of myself
, yet again.
But these girls were nowhere to be seen at this party and hopefullyhopefully they have forgotten all about me by now. Most likely not. Well, anyway, I have put that behind me by now.
My friend was looking for me and of course he found me at the table with all the beautiful girls.

Time turned quick and it was soon midnight and it was time to move on. Better off doing it before making a fool out of my

Well, I had planned to go see my Teachers at another
Christmas party together with my French class mate that had arrived to our Party at Lat Prao.
Our host was sober so he had to drive. We brought a bag of beers and luckily enough I had a CD with good music.
Good music, beers and good friends, can it be any better than this? I don't know, but
coming to
Insomnia was not a very nice experience. Walen school was having their annual Christmas party at Insomnia and
I went to see my Teachers.
Of course, my Teachers had left for home when we arrived so, well, we had bought a bottle of vodka as entrance fee. And we had a bottle in the bar since last
time we were here. So we had to stay.
I must say that it was much more fun at the party at Lat Prao. OK, I hope you don't expect me to know what time I got home, because I have no clue.
Well, seems like I have managed to blow yet another page out of proportions so I will divide the month of December in to two pages. You just have to click and you're right in the middle of the action again.

and yesterday they told me about a female Police Officer that got raped by herfellow Police Officers. And I understood it as the Police force had asked the journalistsnot to write about it so the Police would lose their face.- What the??!! Isn't that something they should have thought about before raping people? And they told us that there are 2 kinds of police, the good and the bad. And I learned that Police Officer “SMILEY” was the good Police.I also learned that “SMILEY” was a dummy used in the traffic trying to get the road users to follow the traffic regulations. OK, why don't they do it as they do it on The Philippines? They
have special “TRAFFIC DISCIPLINE ZONES” and thus no good Police Officers.Well, anyway, I finished my tea and I walked down to Asok sky train station and I got off at Chit Lom and I walked down Ratchadamri Road to AUA.
On my way down Ratchadamri I discovered that they have had an ANTI-CORRUPTION EXPO in town.
- What.... San Luang. I walked up to Central Chit Lom where I took a taxi to Ratchadapisek. I have decided to remove the stones from the walls in my bathroom so I needed to look for new stuff to put on the walls.I stopped at one place and they really didn't have much to choose from so they recommended me to continue up on Ratchadapisek to Boonthavorn.
There were plenty to choose from. I found a Spanish tile that I liked. But tiles are nothing I like too much so I asked if they had stones.
- We have a shop on the other side of the road with granite and marble.
This is the very same shop where I bought the marble for the bathroom floor so I decided to cross the road to have a look.By then I was very hungry and when I left the place I
smelled something I recognised.They have some crepes styled stuff they sell along the roads and it's delicious. But where is the smell coming from? I looked around and I discovered a guy making the crepes styled sweets on a pushbike.
I bought 5 sweets and I continued to the bridge to cross the road. Half way to the bridge I returned to the crepes guy and I bought 5 more and I actually had yet another 5 of the sweets before I left.
On the other side of the roads they had granite and marble. I found some nice stuff.
- Oh, this is not good for bathrooms. No water!
OK, suddenly there wasn't very much left to look at and I returned home. Well, my guess is that I
will spend more time at Boonthavorn before I make up my mind.I was at home when my friend called. He was back from Africa and he was going for a drink with his friends going back to France on Friday.
- Join us!- OK, I see you in a jiffI took a taxi to my friend's friend's hotel. My friend had not arrived when I knocked on his friend's door. Well, they opened the door and my friend arrived 20 or 30 minutes' later.
As we were 5 people we had to take 2 taxis from the hotel to the disco. It took us 10 minutes to get
there, but as we arrived I rememberedthat I didn't had any money so I went to the ATM with my friend.We hat to buy a bottle as entrance
fee, 2000 Baht so it came down to 400 per person. Vodka, ice and mixers. Not too bad! Well, maybe, I have to get up at 8 tomorrow morning for my school. And my friend told me about a school 5 minutes walk from my place. Would be perfect as an afternoon school. I will check it out tomorrow. weekends there are millions of people and you can't moveand it takes like forever to get a drink.A hot tip if you're visiting Bangkok and you end up at a disco with
much people: Give the Waiter or Waitress a 100 or 200 Baht tip when you enter the place and they are hovering around you making sure your glass is full all the time.
No matter how much people there are at the place.And I will throw in a second hot tip as a bonus: If you're wearing cool glasses leave them at home. And unless you're trying to cover up a bald spot, leave your cool baseball cap at home as well.

Imagine going to the bathroom and there is a crowd following you taking pictures.I don't know what time they closed the place, must have been 4 or 6 o'clock in the morning and I'm soon off to school. When I left I returned an almost full bottle of vodka to the bar. I got a receipt and I can use the bottle next time we decide to go to the place.

and I didn't get out of bed until 10 o'clock when my class mate - Where are you?- I'm on my way!I arrived to school 1 hour late so I attended 1 class only before I walked back to FOODLAND at Soi 5 where I bought some food. I took a taxi back home.
I went to the school at Asok in the afternoon and I will start my class next Wednesday afternoon. Good, it's just a 5 minutes' walk from my home to the school.
I spoke with my friend on the phone on my way to school. They have opened a Scandinavian
deli on Soi 18. I asked him what they would sell at the shop. A lot of good stuff and I told him that I would stay well clear of the place or my diet would go down the drain.I stopped at a Japanese restaurant on my way back
home from my new school. I ordered a cubic ton of avocado sushi and a bottle of water.And of course, a bowl of sesame seeds.
I spent the evening in front of my TV watching DVDs. I have to get up at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning to get to school in time. No afternoon class tomorrow, but we will play badminton at 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.

and I can't say that I was jumping out of bed when my alarm went off at 8 o'clock. Well, 10 minutes before 8. But after having my tea and “ TUNA SURPRISE
”
® I feltpretty good. Walk to Asok sky train station and then a walk from Chit Lom sky train station to AUA. I get a lot of exercise walking around Bangkok.And after 2 hours in school I walked back home. I crossed to San Luang from Ratchadamri via Soi Mahatlek Luang 3. I walked up San Luang towards Ploen Chit. There are plenty food stalls in the corner of Ploen Chit and Soi Ton Son. And I smelled something reminding me of the crepes I had the other day. So I stopped and I bought a box for 20 baht.
I left the place, but after 20 meters I returned and I asked the girl what they called the stuff.

I understand the word kanom but coke, I don't have a clue what it is. So I asked what it meant. Well, it was something with pounding and it really didn't make any sense to me. But I will ask my teacher next time. Not today, because she is sick
and badminton is cancelled. also bought potato, cream, butter and minced meat preparing myself for tomorrow when I will make Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes.I took a taxi from FOODLAND and when I came home I made a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® WEEKEND SPECIAL. I added dill, leek and sweet pepper to the tuna, onion, corn and seaweed.
I mixed the stuff and I called DHL while waiting for my tea to be ready. They delivered a parcel to me. I was not home so they asked some Khun Pompam or something like that I don't know who it is. Of course, Khun Pompam or something like refused to pay the import tax and they sent back the parcel to Rotterdam.
I called DHL and they were going to call me back. I never heard from them so I called again a few
days ago. They were going to work on the problem and the girl was going to call me back. She never called back so I called them today.- Why didn't you call back?- Umm- Why didn't you call back?- UmmWell, she told me that she was sorry and that I had to call Rotterdam and ask them to send the parcel again.

I was going to pick up my BUPA insurance and I was also paying my annual home insurance fee. My friend had just opened a Scandinavian deli last Saturday. So he was at his office during the afternoon and he had brought my
insurance paper from his other office. So I went to his office at SCAN DELI to pay the insurance. I had no plans to buy anything. Well, a jar of lingon berry jam for the meatballs, butthat's it.They had salmon rolls and I decided to buy a few to give it a try. They wanted to pack them in a bag for me to bring home. But I had other plans.
- No I will eat them right here and now at the counter.The salmon was half the price comparing to FOODLAND.
Hmm, OK, give me a salmon. Then while looking around I discovered salmon sauce. (Hovmästarsås) I had to buy a jar, a big setback for my diet. I usually just have dill and lime juice with my salmon. Well, the more I stayed the more I discovered and I had to get the f@ck out of there before buying more food.I walked up Soi 18 towards Sukhumvit when I passed the Lexus shop. They we having a fire drill with their employees. I have seen it before, they usually train the workers and security guards in the buildings in the use of fire extinguishers. The fire department have been at my condo as well to train the staff. But I don't know how often they train the staff.
For sure Bangkok is changing. I still remember the first time I saw the Bangkok fire department on the way to fight a fire. Rama 4 and they came with flashing lights and sirens. When they passed me I discovered that it was ordinary pickups (Painted red, of course) and the fire fighters were sitting in the back with flip flops (Terror or fire fighting flip-flops?) and bamboo ladders.

Andeven better, I will ask my guests to make the meatballs.They took on the task with enthusiasm while I did the (S)mashed potato. And the dinner turned out as a big success. Half the jar of lingon berry jam disappeared. And I was surprised that all the mashed potato was gone. I had expected them not to like the mashed potato.

turned out to be popular as well.Well, this is what I will eat from now on and the leftover meatballs was put in a box and my ex Teacher can enjoy them at home.Friday night was a mistake, but one night out in a weekend is OK. and I woke up at 11:30 so I must have been very tired. Sleeping almost 10 hours. I had my morning tea and “ TUNA SURPRISE”

before I calledthe girls.We decided to go watch a movie.

- Never mind, I said.
I asked her to check what movies they had
on the internet. She gave a suggestion and she should check out the times on the internet before she came.My ex Teacher and her kids arrived around 2 o'clock and now we had to wait for the other ex Teacher.

And of course, when we arrived they could not agree on a movie. I told them to pick a movie, for me it was never mind what movie we watched.They agreed on a movie and I have already forgotten the name. We went to eat while waiting for the move, one and a half hour before the
movie started so we had plenty time.Even though we stretched our dinner more than usual we had 30 minutes before the movie started. So we walked around looking at stuff while the kids were playing games at an arcade or whatever they call it.
And the movie, what a sleeping pill! It was about some girl working in the CIA and it was all sounding very exciting.
But they only talked and not one single gun-shot during the 4 hours I spent watching the movie. No it was not 4 hours, but it was for sure feeling like we spent 4 hours watching the darn thing. And that's even though I left in the middle of the move to explore the cinema (Candy shop)
My friend called me when we came back home. He wanted to go to disco, but I passed. I'm better
off getting some sleep even though it is holiday tomorrow. I don't remember if myschool is closed tomorrow. I think the office is closed but they might have classes. Well, I will see if I can get out of bed at 8 tomorrow morning, then I will go check out the school.+++++++++++++++

and my alarm went off at 8 o'clock. Well, I had watched DVD until 3 o'clock in the morning so I just turned off the alarm. I can try the afternoon classes. had 2 hours in school and I walked back home at 3 o'clock.Well, I walked almost all the way home. I stopped at FOODLAND to buy some onions and milk. And when I was at FOODLAND I took the opportunity to buy a few cans of corn as well. So now I have stuff for my tuna for a few days.
I got an e-mail from a friend in Go:teborg yesterday, he had a hangover and I wrote to him and I suggested that he should go to Yammy to
see Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1”
And please take a picture and send to me. So when I came home from FOODLAND he had replied that he would be right on it.He had bought a new camera and I will
hopefully soon be updated with new pictures of Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1”

Well, my friend from Ratchadapisek called when I was on my
bed studying Thai. I took a taxi to his place. I had a diet drink while we were talking about school, squash and party. We decided to start playing squash at my place. School every day and squash in the evenings and no more party. Maybe once a week, tops!We will start our new school on Wednesday and we will start with the squash,
hopefully this veryweek. I took on my shoes and I was ready to go home when my friend asked what I would do.- I will go home study
- No party?I could see that my friend wanted to go for some
party. I don't need any 1200 pages book about face reading to read that on his face. So I went down and I bought a bag of beers and we had a few beers in his apartment. When we sat in his apartment his friends from France came over. A couple from France on a 5 months holiday in Thailand.They wanted to join us to SLIM, but
they wanted to make a stop at Mansion 7 for one drink before we left. And of course, they had to go to their hotel to change shoes before we left for SLIM. No flip-flops alowed at SLIMS. Of course, they don't want the place to look like a beach guard convention. on town so I needed more snus. I had been home for 5 minutes when my friend called. They were in a taxi on my parking so I went down and we took off towards RCA.Luckily enough they had forgotten me at SLIM. Yes, we remember the drama last spring when we went to SLIM and we found out that the red shirts wasn't very popular at the place. After that they didn't allow me inside, but now it was OK again.
Hmm, maybe because they have new staff at the door. We took a
seat in a sofa outside and we ordered a bottle of vodka. Nice to sit outside, we were not yet ready to take on the crowd inside. But after a bottle of vodka things would for sure change. and it was not easy to find a table. Suddenly there was a Waiter waingme.- Aladdin!
And yes, he remembered me. He pointed at the place we had last time here and he brought us there. Best table at the place.
And of course, instead of going home to sleep we went to an after hour place when SLIM closed.

and for sure, I'm way too old for this “coming home 6 o'clock inthe morning”. My friend called and asked if I wanted to eat.- What the
? Is it possible that anyone can have missed that I'm on diet?And what the
happened yesterday? How did school and squash turn in to a hangover force 9,6?But as my friend said when we had our lunch: “You just came home from
5 months on the ship and 1 months of training in Manila so a night on townis alowed.”
Well, when we finished the lunch I returned back home to my bed and Simpsons.

Wednesday 8 th
of December 2010
and I didn't got out of bed until quarter past 9 even though myalarm went off at 8 o'clock. I was dead tired after less than 3 hours of sleep. Impossible to fall asleep yesterday and I had to watch DVD until 5 o'clock in the morning.I got in to my kitchen and I was too tired to make a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® so I just opened a can of tuna. I added some onion and oregano and I ate it with a pot of tea. I studied some Thai before I left for school at 12 thirty. I'm going to meet my friend quarter to 1 so we have time to register before class starts at 13:00.
We started class at 1 o'clock and our Teacher just went on and on and I had to ask her if there were any breaks planned.
- Do you want a break?
Me and friend said “YES” and we took off to 7 Eleven. I was hungry and I bought a Snickers.
squash. We will play every day after school and this willhopefully slowdown my transformation from HIP to a HIPPO.When I came home I made a “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ®, and yes, I made a weekend special.
I had plenty to do before my friend arrive for squash. I needed to get down to Soi 33 to frame 3 paintings. One of the paintings was quite big
so I had to go look for a taxi and then we returned to my place to get the paintings.Luckily enough we managed to get the painting in to the car and we took off. The driver was waiting for me outside the shop while I selected the frame. They told me to be back on Saturday afternoon to pick up my paintings.
My friend arrived 5 minutes past 7 and we went to play
squash and then we went to the gym at the pool. Well, I throw myself in the pool and my friend was running on the treadmill.Well, squash and tuna, OK, the Snickers was a little set back. But from now on I
will study at the new school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 09:00 - 12:00. Lunch at home, STRICTLY TUNA ONLY, between 12 and 1 o'clock. And class between 1 and 4 o'clock and then off to my condo to play squash.I will study at AUA on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that will keeps me busy for 5 days per week. Restaurants are for weekends only, and I will keep this to a minimum. Party, MAXIMUM once a week. OK, maybe 2 times. But not more! V-shaped torso, here I come!

and I my alarm went off 10 to 8 and I watched the news before getting out of bed. I could feel that we had played squash yesterday. Aching muscles and it was a good feeling, the feeling of getting smaller.I was a wee bit tired so I took a quick power nap on top of my bed so I had decided to take the
afternoon class at AUA. I stopped at the office to pay my water bill on the way to school. I asked when they were coming to clean my air con units. The Manager called the company and they would be here between 1 and 2 o'clock. OK, if I'm lucky I can make it to the last two hours at AUA.I was surprised when the air condition team arrived before 2 o'clock. But I don't think I will make it to school in time.
Friday tomorrow and this is a public holiday in Thailand so no school
tomorrow.Hmm, maybe a good idea to go down to my local 7 Eleven to buy some hangover milk and beer. Neverknow what happens during a holiday.I took the walk down to 7 Eleven and I arrived, it must have been 1 minute BEFORE 2 o'clock when I entered the store. I went to the fridge and I started to take San Miguel Light from the fridge. When I reached the counter the clock was 1 minute past 2 o'clock and I was not allowed to buy the beer. Not allowed to buy alcohol between 14:00 and 17:00 in Thailand.

Who came up with this stupidregulation. 1 minute past 2 and the girl told me that they could not cheat the computer.But if I buy 10 litres of beer it's allowed, yes,
try to explain that if you can.When I came back home they were working with my air condition units. They were dismantling all my air condition units and they brought them to my balcony for cleaning. The part remaining on
my walls was washed with high pressure washer.I was glad to finally have got my air conditions cleaned. Last time they called me I wasn't home and well, I haven't had the opportunity since then.
And honestly, I wasn't disappointed that it took a wee bit longer than I had thought. School, I will be very busy in school next week and I need all the rest I can get.
And with all the extra time on hand I can as well go drink a beer or two. I wish that they could move Yammy Kitchen from Go:teborg, Sweden to FUNKY TOWN.
The more I look at the pictures of Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1” the more I want to go for a dinner in
Go:teborg. But Sweden is way too cold now. Well, the whole of Europe is covered in snow so this is pretty much a NO GO area.But if I can't have Japanese food in Sweden I can

again. But he came up with an excellent idea. He could send a friend to get a second set of pictures for me. That's the spirit I'm looking for.Well, one thing is for sure, there should be a law against
being so beautiful, or,hmm, a law forbidding guys to be ugly as me.OK, I went down to Soi 19 to meet my friend at the Japanese restaurant 17:45. I walked to the restaurant and it took me 10 minutes. The traffic was at a full stop so it would have
taken me at least 30minutes to go there by taxi.I started by ordering a beer and hot sake and my friend
ordered a soda water. I had my sake and it took about 8 seconds until my friend decided to drink hot sake to.We ordered salmon and avocado sushi with the beer and hot sake. I don't know what happened without
sushi, but they had filled the avocado and salmon sushi with crab stick. And eating crab stick is like chewing on rubber.We got our bill, 5000 baht and it was mostly hot sake on the bill. 5 plates of sushi would not have set us back very much. But
as you understand we were tipsy when it was time to leave the Japanese restaurant around 9 o'clock. 21:22 according to my camera.friend I was up on the stage making a tit out of myself again. Well, I'm in no hurry back to the place.Well, according to my friend I had been on the stage for more than 10 minutes entertaining the crowd. Luckily enough it had been a great success so no one was embarrassed.
I don't know what time I left the place, but the last picture was taken 7
minutes after 10 o'clock. Or at 11, I'm not sure where I took the 11 o'clock picture.Well, anyway, I grew tired of Soi 23 and I took a taxi from Soi 23 to RCA.
I was sitting in a sofa outside SLIM when my French class mate arrived with his friends.And it didn't took long before we had a bottle ofvodka on the table.There were 6 of us so the bottle didn't last for very long. The first bottle was served outside in the sofa and then we moved inside.
Thursday night, Friday is a holiday, but there was notso much people as I had expected.Well, at least I remember it as the perfect size of the crowd. Good, otherwise it is very crowded

and I got out of bed at 12 thirty. I got dressed and I took a taxito SCAN DELI on Sukhumvit Soi 18. My friendwas having his lunch at SCAN DELI and I wouldn't mind some salmon.When I arrived I saw that today's special was Falukorv, fried potatoes and fried egg. I ordered a plate and 2 bottles of water. And as
I suffered from a severe hangover I finished mywater in 0, 5 so I went in to get 2 more bottles of water.Hmm, can as well have some salmon. I ordered a plate of salmon and they brought the salmon to my table with something that looked like a bucket of salmon sauce. One of the guys thought it was yellow pea
soup.- Whoa whoa, I'm on diet!
I took a spoon of salmon sauce and I sent back the remaining 2 litres.
I was full when I finished my salmon, it must have been 500 gram on the plate. No sign off my Falukorv and I hoped that they had forgotten about the
Falukorv. Well, they brought my Falukorv so it was just to dig in.More water, I had 6 or 8 bottles of water. But it didn't help to alleviate my hangover. Actually, when I finished my meal I felt much worse and I would have been much better off staying at home.
I took a taxi back home and I spent the evening in bed watching movies. Yes, this is what's happening during public holidays and school are closed.
Well, I hope
that there won't be any more holidays for a very long time now. So I'm lucky to have my hangover DVDs or the boredom tossin' and turnin' would have killed me.

to return to my bed. I made a soup yesterday and I must have been poisoned by the soup. I stayed in bed all day long and I didn't got out of bed until 8 o'clock when I went for a pizza on Soi 19.The restaurant is only some 2 to 300 meters away but I took a taxi, I just didn't have the energy
to walk there. But I needed energy and a “ TUNA & ONION SURPRISE
”
® would not have done it for me.I walked back home with a stop at 7 Eleven for 2 Snickers and I ate my snickers in bed while watching movies.

and I woke up at 9 o'clock feeling much better today. But I stayed home until 7 thirty when I returned to the Italian restaurant I was at yesterday. And I was walkingtoday.The restaurant was quite full and I didn't fancy sitting in someone's lap while eating. I decided to take a taxi to an Italian restaurant on Soi 31. But I had to walk all the way to Sukhumvit before I
found a taxi.We stopped at the Italian restaurant but they wanted me to sit at a table in the middle of the
restaurant so I left for another restaurant. They didn't have pizza so I had to eat spaghetti with meat sauce.I went to bed when I was back home, but first I reprogrammed the alarm clock in my
phone. I will go up at 7 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so I have time for homework before going to school at 08:45.+++++++++++++++

and my alarm went off at 7. I was dead tired, I had been reading until 4 o'clock in the morning so not much sleep. I mixed a bowl of “ TUNA SURPRISE

® while waiting for the tea. I even had time to study my Thai books before I left for school quarter to 9.It was only me and one American studying “Reading & writing” between 9 and 12 o'clock. Good, only
2 students in classand the Teacher have more time for us.I walked
back home at 12 o'clock for my lunch. I was hungry and I was looking forward to a cup of tea and “ TUNA SURPRISE
”
®. When I came home I saw a taxi driver waiting on the street so I asked him to take me to Soi 33/1 and back again.I have three paintings for framing and I can as well take the opportunity to pick up my paintings during the lunch break. We will play squash at my condo when we finish class at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
I was a wee bit late for school after lunch due to
the trip to Soi 33/1. It was only 3 or 4 minutes so it was nothing to write home about. During our break we went to buy ice coffee and as I don't drink coffee I stopped for a diet drink on 7 Eleven.We stopped at COTTO TILES on the ground floor on our way to my condo. I got 2 samples that I
will put in the shower. We have a lot of lime in the water here in Bangkok and my black walls are white. And it's very hard to clean so I will test how easy it is to clean the samples before I make a decision.And of course, my French class mates will help me make the decision.
every Monday and Friday between 16:30 and 18:00. Darn! Exactly the hours we want to play.What to do? We had 1 hour 15 minutes to kill before we could play. My friends were hungry so we went to a restaurant around the corner for some food.
We finished our meal and we returned to my condo. My
friends went to my gym and I throw myself in the swimming poolWe killed 30 minutes in the pool area before we went down to the squash hall.Of course, the Tai Kwando class was not finished when we arrived at 6 o'clock. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before we could start to play squash.
We played for about an hour and my friend wanted to go party. He had never been at FUNKY VILLA and now he wanted to go check it out. Well, I have school tomorrow.
8 o'clock tomorrow and I will be off to AUA around 9 o'clock.Even though I was tired after lack of sleep last night I found it hard to fall asleep. I
only slept for 3 hours last night so I had expected it to be easy to fall asleep, especially after a full day in school and the squash. Well, I gave up the idea of sleeping and I started to read a book.+++++++++++++++
Tuesday 14 th
of December 2010
and I was dead tired when my alarm went off at 8. I felt asleep again and I didn't woke up until nine thirty. OK, I will attend the afternoon class.I will meet my friend for lunch at Lang Suan 12:30 so I have time for my GOOD MORNING Tea and Thai studies before I left at 12 o'clock.
I meet my friend at Villa Market at the ground floor in the same building the law firm is located.
We walked back to Lang Suan
and I was hoping for us to eat salad. I'm always thinking of my diet.But my hope faded when we
stepped in to an Italian restaurant on Lang Suan.I looked in the salad section of the menu. I could not see any avocado salad and I asked them if they had any avocado salad.
Obviously we had ended up at a service minded restaurant. The Waitress told me that they
would make an avocado salad for me and I was pleased with my order. A salad would be enough for me.My friend wanted to eat borrichetto or whatever they call it, well, anyway it is just a fancy “Italian”name for a toast. She wants to eat
avocado toast and is this my problem? Motherf@cker! It turned in to my problem before I had a chance to say that “I'm on diet”- One is too much for me, we have to share.
What??!! OK, I asked them to add salmon to the avocadosandwich and this was of course no problem.She was hungry and she wanted to eat pizza.
- Aladdin, one pizza is too much, we share.
- What theAnd yet again I had to ask the waitress to change their menu, third time within 3 minutes. I wanted half of the pizza with salmon topping. And this was no problem. Yeah, they are really service minded around here.
We got water and a basket with fresh bread. My friend didn't eat any bread so I had to finish the basked by myself. Dunk the bread in olive oil and, well, it's yummy. Or as Miss “Most beautiful in the world #1” say: YAMMY!
They brought a second basked of bread and I asked them to take out the bread again.- What the
happened with the good service?They left the second basket with bread on the table. And when we finished the food I was really food and I was about to return home instead of going to class. I don't remember the name of the restaurant. But the food was excellent and I can recommend the place. First Italian restaurant on your left hand side coming down Lang Suan from Ploen Chit.
I was full of agony after our lunch. 4 Star food, but it was my diet I was thinking about. I told my friend that I would never have lunch with her again, and if we were going to have lunch again it was strictly SALAD ONLY
We walked together to her office and I continued to school by foot. I had two hours and I walked
back home after school.- Hmm, almost all the way back home. I stopped at FOODLAND. I bought onion, bell pepper, milk (non fat), dill and corn. I also bought carrots, I could choose between carrots from China and Australia. The Chinese carrots were half the price. Which do you think I choose? Of course the Australian carrots and I'm pretty sure that my carrots haven't
been touched by slave labour or and toxic shit. I justhave a feeling that they have some kinds of regulations in Australia, both regarding labour and the kinds of chemicals used when growing stuff. But,hmm, at least I think so.I took a taxi back home. Coming home from school between 5 and 6 o'clock everyday and I don't have much time before it's time to leave for my 2 hours constitutional to Ekkamai and back.
I read my Thai books and it was pretty much time to leave for Ekkamai after that. And of course, I came up with all kind of stupid excuses when it was time to leave. I took pictures of my bathroom for the tile shop tomorrow.
Time to leave, no, now I started to clean my room. I
collected 4 big bags of garbage that I threw in the garbage room when I left for my constitutional.I gave the security guard an old digital camera that I found.My departure was delayed by 1 hour and I was back home around 10 o'clock in the evening. A wee
bit later than expected, but I have new shoes. Yes, yet another pair of shoes that I had in my cupboard for shoes inside my door.The last 2 weeks I have taken 4 pair of new shoes, 2 pairs went straight to the trash bin. 1 pair is used for squash and 1 pair is used for my constitutionals.
I don't know how I ended up buying all the shoes. Maybe it is like I read in a magazine. Why girls like to buy shoes? The shoes will still fit, never mind how much weight they gain,.
When I returned home I mixed my “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® so it is ready for tomorrow morning. My alarm will go off at 7 and I will be in shool at 9 o'clock so I save a few minutes of HIGH QUALITY morning time by preparing the “ TUNA SURPRISE ” ® tonight.
And as a “Tuesday night surprise” ; I will give away the secret recepie.
Chop the onion and bell pepper
Open 2 cans of tuna and put in a bowl
Add 2 cans of corn
Add oregano
Add plenty dill
Mix everything in the bowl
Add plenty sea weed
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper
Add 2 cans off TUNA SALAD to make it a little more exciting
Mix and the “ TUNA SURPRISE
”
® is ready and I have food for 2 days
Darn! It's one o'clock in the morning again and I have to get my sorry behind in bed. My alarm will go off in 6 hours and I really need to be full of vim in school tomorrow.

Wednesday 15 th
of December 2010
and my alarm went off at 8 o'clock. And I was dead tiredafter just a few hours of sleep. After going to bed this very morning it was impossible to fall asleep. At 4 o'clock I changed my alarm from 7 to 8 o'clock.So I had to skip my planned studies at home before I left for school quarter to 9. A brisk walk to school and, yes, it was fun in school. I and the American had company of a French student during the Reading & Writing class in the morning.
At 12 o'clock I went home for tea and my tuna. I stopped at COTTO TILES on the ground floor on my way back to school. They told me that it would take about 2 weeks to redecorate my bath room. And this was a huge set back, NO WAY that I will sit home for 2 weeks watching them
redecorate my bath room. One week, that's how long I can sit home waiting.Well, I was a few minutes late for afternoon class. But my French class mates had not yet
showed up so I and my Teacher started and my class mates arrived 15 minutes later.It was a very good day in school and when we
finished at 4 o'clock we went to my condo for squash. Today there was no Tai Kwando class in the squash hall so we couldstart playing right away.When we finished the squash we went to the swimming pool. I
went to my apartment to get my underwater camera while my friend was on the treadmill.I bought my camera 1 or 2 years ago and I have never tested it in the
pool. I only used the camera during Songkran back in April.I jumped in to the pool with my camera and I tried to take pictures of my friends diving in to the pool. Only bubbles so that was a small disappointment, but otherwise the camera worked well under water.
swimming.Hmm, swimming, it was more like playing in the pool.It is really nice to relax in the pool after the squash. 30 minutes in the pool and my friends went back home and I had my evening tea and tuna.

Friday and my friend have a Christmas party with his company. But I told him that we were going to play squash Friday night. I eat tuna all week long when I want to eat Pizza and I would not mind to have dinner at Marriot. But instead I live the weeks as a self-tormentor and then it's pretty stupid to destroy it on the weekends.
- Hmm, of course, to eat tuna during the week and to go party during the weekend is better than to eat pizza everyday and party in the weekend.
And, well, a full day of only good things I was feeling quite good with myself. I called my friend
and asked what he was doing.- Nothing, what are you doing?- Well, I do pretty much nothing, I finish updating my web pageWell, it only took a simple phone call to turn my good life in to mayhem again.
Well, what was it my friend told me a few weeks ago. Yeah, I found it after reviewing my notes. “You just came home from
5 months on the ship and 1 months of training in Manila so a night on townis allowed.”
. Yes, of course, it was awhile since I came home. But they want me to go work again so I need to take every opportunity for a good Björn,

and it didn't take all that long before we had a bottle of vodka in front of us.Red bull and orange juice as mixer and it was just to go.Wednesday night and the place were crowded, but not like a Friday or Saturday night so it was no problem to find a place for our bottles.
What time I got home? I have no idea.

and I woke up at 12 o'clock and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that I will skip school today. I have planned for Simpsons. Especially when there is a handsome foreigner around.
So as soon as you rise from your chair there is a guy holding your hand making sure you don't get lost. You're off to the bath room and you have a guy or two hanging like a flag after you.
You're sitting at the table with all the Thai people around you, beautiful Thai girls and handsome Thai guys. And suddenly you spot a beautiful girl
two tables away. And I don't dare talk to her after just 2 beers. After 12 bottles it's another story and you move over to ask for her name. As soon as I make my move, SMACK! There is a guy in my hand. How stupid does it look asking the girl for her name with a guy or two holding your hand?Last time at their party, there were maybe 50 of my friend's staff at the place and we had a real good time. Yes, it was very fun but I had to leave. I just couldn't move without having 1 or 2 guys holding my hand. I tried, politely, to tell them that it was not necessary. But it didn't help so I had to leave. And when I left they followed me out on the street to make sure that I got a taxi.
- OK, hey! I'm 18 and I can take care of myself!

and I woke up 10 minutes past 7 even though I had forgot to turn on my alarm. Good, I went to bed at 9 o'clock yesterday and I felt asleep at 10. I had plenty time for my tea and tuna before I read my Thai books. Well, even though I was up early I was a few minutes late for my morning class. My Teacher was not impressed.

- It's f@cking impossible to hear what tone you're using, I said.
Well, we should write down what she said and of course we had to hear what tone she was using. I pretty much gave up. Yes, I belong to the WALKMAN generation and I was always listening to my WALKMAN
on full blast so I can't hear the difference.Coming home for lunch and I discovered that I didn't had any tea.
!! I had to drink a diet drink with my tuna. I was back at school for my afternoon class and I was alone. My friend had lost hispassport when we were at FUNKY VILLA last Wednesday so he had a shit load of paper work to do. Well, I was back home at 4 o'clock. I had a shower and I left towards Ram Intra.Took me almost 30 minutes to find a taxi and then I spent almost 2 and a half hour in the taxi. And that was even though I we took the express way from Sukhumvit.
I had brought 2 cans of beer for the ride, of
course, my beer was history before we made it to the express way. And I wasabout to piss my pants. 2 hours after I left my homewe stopped at a 7 Eleven on Param 9. 2 more San Miguel light and the staff were kind enough to let me use the staff bath room.OK, we were ready to take off and we were soon back on the express way. Well,
we had to make one more beer and bath room stop before I arrived to the place, almost 3 hours after I had left my home.I had had time for several beers so it was not all that bad. Imagine arriving to the place sober. Now it was Charisma Man arriving to the place.

Yes, it's the first three beers that are the hardest, after that it pretty much goes down by itself. me. It's not the first of my friend's party I attend to.- Aladdin!
But I must say that this was the first time with so many beautiful girls. OK, I remember one
party and I managed to make tit out of myself

Time turned quick and it was soon midnight and it was time to move on. Better off doing it before making a fool out of my
self.Well, I had planned to go see my Teachers at another
Christmas party together with my French class mate that had arrived to our Party at Lat Prao.Our host was sober so he had to drive. We brought a bag of beers and luckily enough I had a CD with good music.
