Wednesday 24 th of October 2012 and I left for Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa for the Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience at 18 thirty and I arrived 1 hour 45 minutes later. Quarter past 7 and I were afraid that I had missed the start.
As soon as we hit the fly over at Rama 4 the traffic was at full stop. When we left I was afraid that I would be too early, way too early. I had no clue where the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort
& Spa were located and I looked it up on the map on the internet. And the map was zoomed in to almost maximum.I see Rama III coming down from what I thought was North West and I thought we were on the Sukhumvit side of the Chao Phraya River. Yes, I know, it is quite obvious when you look at the map for more than 3 seconds that the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa is far from the beaten tracks. But I just had a quick glimpse and I
saw Rama III, the hotel and the Chao Phraya River. And I could not imagine how they want to put the Anantara Resort so far out in the middle of nowhere.So I told the taxi driver to take me to Rama III.
- And when you reach the river we turn to the left.
I was very lucky that the driver knew the place because I got lost when we had passed Rama 4. I was expecting us to reach the river and turn to left. I asked the driver if he was sure he knew the place. He was sure and I was about to ask him to return and go back a few times. And when we
crossed the Chao Phraya River I was sure he was lost. But we arrived to Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa 1 hour 45 minutes after we had left Sukhumvit Soi 23.I asked for the Brio restaurant in the reception and it was on the ground floor. I was surprised, the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa was a huge hotel and it looked very nice. I had never heard of Anantara before so I had expected a shack. But this looked like a 5 star hotel.
The show had not started and all the guests had gathered in the restaurant to drink wine and beer, free flowing. There was a
beautiful girl coming up to me. Turned out that she was the hotel Manager or something like that. Well, as soon as she found out that I was single she handed me her name card and she asked the photographer to have a picture of me together with her. She asked if I wanted something to drink and I asked for water.- No problem

Well, I have given up the Diet MAX already so never mind. But Coke is a very bad alternative. But they told me that Pepsi would be back next year. We see about that.

I got my Diet MAX and I went to check out my table, #12 and I was sitting in the back. Very
good. I put my can on the table and I went down to Chao Phraya River to have a look at the sights.When I was back at Brio the Actors had arrived and they started the show by calling the guest and “Manuel” was escorting them to the tables. And as I didn't feel like hearing ALADDIN and to show up there like a wanker I took my seat at the table.
The Sybil character came up to me and she asked if I wanted to sitt any closer. There were 2 empty tables. But I said no thanks.- You will see better from there!

We started with the soup and what must have been some of the best
bread I have ever had. I made a mental note to come back to Brio Restaurant at Anantara for dinner sometimes. Manuel was serving the bread and he was pouring bread over the people at the table next to me. I only got one roll so I had to ask one of the ordinary Waiters for some bread.Pickled smoked ham hocks and split green pea soup

• Bread and butter pudding• Free flowing beer and wine throughout the evening (I had a free flow of Diet MAX over my table)
The soup was OK, but the lamb! The lamb must have been one of the best rack of lamb ever and I'm really going back to Brio for
dinner. Maybe I'm lucky that it is a whole adventure to get there or I might have been eating there every day and I can imagine what effect this would
have had on my diet.Suddenly they wanted us to have a fire drill and we had to leave the restaurant and several of the guests took the opportunity to have
a smoke.And as I had seen pictures of Manuel with a fire extinguisher from previous shows it was not
hard to realise that the fire drill would have something to do with the fire extinguisher.And at the end when Basil screams to Manuel that he is fired Manuel starts to scream FIRE FIRE and I was running around
with a smoking and hissing fire extinguisher.Well, it was a good show, but it would have been better if the tables had been arranged in a different way. Of course, I was told that I could change table, but anyway. The lamb was very good.
I left Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa around 10 o'clock and I took a taxi to Villa Market at Sukhumvit Soi 11 where I bought chilli before I walked back home.

and my alarm went off at 8 thirty but I felt asleep again and I didn't woke up until 9 twenty. I was spending most of the night tossin' and turnin' in bed, but be

I drank at Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa yesterday evening.It was knocking on my door, must have been what woke me up. I opened the door and it was my Teacher from Sophia Muay Thai Gym together with 2 AC Technicians. I was surprised to see him, I had expected people from the AC Company. But my Teacher was obviously showing them where I lived.
Yes, I have grown tired of waiting for the guy in Pattaya, 1 month of wasted time and he have managed to come up with ZIP. So the guys at Sophia recommended a company and after the success with my laundry room I decided to try these guys out. And they would come between 9 thirty and 10 o'clock this very morning.
We had a cup of tea and my Teacher didn't believe his eyes when I took a fist full of chopped
chillies in my mouth.
- What are you doing?- It is good for the diet.
We decided that I would come for my session at 2 o'clock instead of 3 o'clock in the
afternoon. I had my breakfast when he left and I was at Sophia Muay Thai Gym just after 2 o'clock. We had a session, not a very good one. I was stiff and sore and on top of that I had some pain in my right leg.But we managed to do 11 rounds and when we were ready we were hungry. Next session was not until 7 for my Teacher so we decided to go to The Stable Lodge on Sukhumvit Soi 8.
We started with 2 (each) Smørrebrød and I had a pot of tea with my Smørrebrød.
And it didn't take long for them to bring the main course when we had finished the Smørrebrød. We had ordered 2 plates of Hakkebøf with boiled potatoes and
gravy.Excellent food as always at The Stable Lodge, and my Teacher liked
the Remoulade and he asked for an extra bowl of Remoulade.It was 5 thirty when we finished and my Teacher had to return to Sophia and his next student. I took a
taxi to Pantip Plaza.I need to upgrade the Acer computer I bought a few months ago. Everything I do with the computer is very slow and unnecessary to say, I will never buy any Acer again. I found a shop at Pantip Plaza that can upgrade the processor from an Intel I3 to and Intel I7 and to fill up the RAM to 8GB. I also asked if they could update my USB to USB 3. They told me that they would know tomorrow morning when I come back. I might have to change the motherboard.
So I will be back tomorrow morning and I will
hopefully have time to have a session at Chakrit before I go for my afternoon session at Sophia. My plan was to walk back home, but I really
needed a bathroom. So it was to choose between a taxi or to go for a piss at the bathroom at
Pantip Plaza. Pantip Plaza or any other shopping mall and the toilets are not very nice. Of course, no problem when you’re tipsy, but sober, then it is next to disgusting.But I had no choice, all the food at The Stable and I needed to walk back home to burn some calories. I took a deep breath and I managed to have a piss and I left Pantip Plaza behind walking down Phetchaburi Road until I reached the bridge over the Saen Saep Canal.

I crossed the Saen Saep Canal and I went to World Trade Centre. And there was plenty people
outside Word Trade Center as usually, but inside there wasn't very much people as usual.I walked
around World Trade Center for a while trying to burn some extra calories before I left for the walk path under the sky train.When I came out from Word Trade Center there were plenty music and Coca Cola was throwing a concert. I read in the newspaper that they were taking this opportunity, when Pepsi is off the shelves, to sell more soft drinks. They will spend 200 million to promote their products.

Well, I guess a bad tasting product will taste good with some pop star selling out singing from a stage decorated with Coke stickers and flags with a video with Coca Cola ads in the back. Well, for me it is good, I don't like Coca Cola and I will be better off without any Diet MAX .

and I was dead tired when alarm went off at 8 thirty, but I managed
to pull myself out of bed. I felt a wee bit better after my pot of tea and a plate of salmon. And I only had half a pack of salmon, I was in a hurry to get to Pantip Plaza with my computer in order to be able to get to Chakrit for a session before lunch time.I was at Pantip Plaza at 10 and it would take them 30 minutes to change the processor and hard drive to a 3 TB and to add 4GB of memory. So I decided to go for a walk
about while they did the job.They had told me 3 hours yesterday and my original plan was to leave the computer and come back tonight. But 30 minutes is no problem and I can still make it to Chakrit.

I was back after 30 minutes and we were going to try the computer, didn't work. My motherboard
can't handle I 7 3rd generation I 7 processor.So what to do, buy a new motherboard. They didn't have any motherboard with USB 3 fitting in my box, and I asked for a new computer box. But they only had big boxes for the USB 3 motherboard. And the new motherboard were only compatible with I 7 the 2nd generation. So here I was with my computer, a 30 minutes job had turned in to “me having to sell my computer”
Yes, I sold my 1 TB hard drive and the I 3 processor at the shop next door and I got 2500 Baht for the stuff. Like finding 2500 Baht on the street. I always forget where I am. Same with my amplifier, 650 Baht to repair the amplifier and in Sweden there would have been 3 reactions within 20 seconds if you tried to repair your amplifier.

But of course, I have not been in Sweden for quite a few years now and with the current rate they are foocking up North West Europe I won’t be surprised if they buy second hand computer stuff now
a day. And of course, back in the days there were repair shops in every corner in Sweden, but this is 40 years ago.So I was not in a good mood, but after 3 hours, I had given up Chakrit Muay Thai School a very long time ago.
But they found an I 5 processor and the computer was working. By then I had decided to buy a Radeon graphic card as well, and the bill ended up on 14,700 Baht, same price as I paid for the computer a few months ago. But now the computer is upgraded to last for another year or 2. And 5500 for the 3 TB hard drive, I had planned to buy an external 3TB hard drive as back up.
Now I don't need to buy the external hard drive and it was almost like the new hard drive was for free. I took a taxi back home and I had time to install Windows 7 before it as time to
leave for Sophia Muay Thai Gym. The lady from the shop where I bought my “LEATHER” chair called me. She asked if she could deliver the chair in the afternoon.- You can come now, at 3 I'm off to my boxing.

Of course, they didn't deliver my chair and I left at 3. They just arrived when I left the condo and I told them to put the chair outside my door. Now I hope it is real leather. Different colour than I bought originally so I guess the yellow colour only comes in the plastic leather.
The chair was outside my door when I came back home from Sophia. I had a shower and a plate of smoked salmon with a pot of tea before I took off to Le Méridien Hotel at Surawong Road for a social evening with Bangkok-Photographers. They have a grand gathering at Le Méridien Hotel tonight so I expect to pick up a few pointers on photography.
I was half an hour late when I got in to the taxi at Asoke. Impossible to get a taxi. I stopped 2 taxis and the refused to go to Surawong Road. And I ended up at the subway station, I took the escalator down to the station and I just went around taking the escalator back up again when I saw how much people there were at the station. I walked past Soi Cowboy up Asoke looking for a taxi.
I was for sure not going to try to get a taxi outside Soi Cowboy. Imagine Miss “Most beautiful in the world” or an one else I know passing in a car on Asoke.

I only recognised the organiser and his wife from Bangkok Photographers. I asked him where all the other members where. He told me that many people had not showed up.
Of course, 6 thirty in Bangkok on a Friday night. People stop work at 5 and then home to take a shower and then another few hours in
the traffic to get to Surawong.Well, there was a guy in a hat and when he came up to me a recognised him. It was the
owner of the Red PInn, former The Wall. He is also a professional photographer and a member of Bangkok Photographers.If it wasn't for my diet I would have been eating at Red PInn often. Great food and huge helpings. He told me that I still had the record of drinking
most beer in one night in his restaurant.There was a girl arriving and she knew the organiser and she told us that he will have a photo exhibition on Sukhumvit Soi 45 tomorrow. Rock'n Roll Asia or something like that.

Sounds good, the more we drink the more we help.One of the members at Bangkok Photographers has opened a restaurant just across the street from Le Méridien. So we were going over there for food. The guy owning the restaurant was in
my kitchen when we had the beginners class with Bangkok Photographers a year ago or so.I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich and a Tiger Light as they didn't had any San
Miguel Light. They looked at me as a real Farang Banglamphu ordering the cheapest stuff on the menu. One hour later the owner came to my table.He told me that I was welcome back any time to order a grilled cheese sandwich.

I was a wee bit tipsy when I left his restaurant and I went around the corner to Patpong. I have
not been at Patpong for more than 12 years and I decided to have a beer there before going to RCA.I didn't end up at RCA, it was already 2 or 3 o'clock and it was pretty pointless to go to RCA. But I went to FOODLAND on Sukhumvit Soi 16 where I bought my hangover kit. Several bottles of the orange flavoured drinking yogurt and some chocolate milk.
And one more thing, WHO THE FOOCK IS GOING TO THE TOILET WITHOUT LOCKING THE DOOR? MY EYES ARE BURNING! Can't help it, but I was thinking about The inbetweeners when I ran in to the guy at the toilet.
Camping, I haven't been camping since I was 17 or something like that. No shower and when you're 17 it is no problem to let a few days pass without a shower, AS LONG AS YOU'RE DRUNK. But today it would have been impossible to go camping. A hotel room or I stay home.

and all the chillies and flaxseeds and the other health stuff must make me younger because the hangover wasn't as bad as expected. OK, I didn't turned cartwheels
out of the bed But of course, I made myself a hangover milkshake. Haven't had one of those in a long time and I don't want to risk having the Baileys growing old on me.And after 2 of these hangover milkshakes I'm ready to take
on any photo exhibition they are throwing my way. I bought the ice cream at FOODLAND this morning so I knew what was coming. I returned to my bed room for a hangover DVD, but the movie was very bad and I returned to my kitchen. I was soon to make my second hangover milkshake. I checked the pictures that I had taken yesterday. And there was an e-mail from the girl at the Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa.

Well, I was ready to take on the photo exhibition after 2 hangover milkshakes. And the plan is to go to The Overstay when I'm ready at the exhibition. Well, as it was promised to be good music and drinks I might capsize before I make it to The Overstay. They are throwing a Halloween party Innocence - A feast for the fallen ones with 4 bands playing and it can be worth to check out. And if the bands are crap I can always have a chat with the owner, a very nice guy.
I arrived to Sukhumvit Road Soi 45 and luckily enough it was a very short Soi, around 100 meter. I
got out of the taxi and I walked the last 10 meters to the gallery. I could hear that there were plenty people so I turned around and walked back up to Sukhumvit. I had seen a restaurant when we entered Sukhumvit Soi 45.My hangover milkshakes had obviously not been enough. I had a slight hangover and I didn't want to meet any people.
Quince - Eatery & Bar - looked nice and I stepped inside and I asked for 4 shots of Malubu trying to repeat the success from Siem Reap. 2 Bottles of Beer Lao and I was ready to take on the Gallery.
Beer Lao is a very good beer, better than any Thai beer so this was the obvious choice as they
didn't had any San Miguel Light or Tiger Light.I paid my bill and I walked back to the Gallery and there was music alright, but the volume
was so low so they could as well have turned off the music.I went up on the second floor and I looked at the pictures, mostly from Burma. And I looked at the stuff they had on the ground floor. I had a chat with the girl that had taken the pictures.

Seems like most of the people was in the garden
drinking free beers and even though they had San Miguel Light I decided to leave.I took a taxi to “a place to die for” at Thong Lor and as there wasn't any fun I got in to a new taxi and I went to Nang Len on Ekkamia where I had a few beers before leaving for The
Overstay. We stopped at Family Mart on Phetchaburi to buy 2 bottles of San Miguel Light for the taxi ride across Bangkok.
There were plenty people outside The Overstay when I arrived and they were painting themselves and I borrowed some red stuff to pour as blood. It is Halloween and a costume was required.
And it looks like I got it all wrong, I thought it was 4 different bands playing, but this was not until
middle of November. I asked one of the guys behind the turntables where the bands are.- Where are the 45 Thieves?
- I'm the 45 ThievesOK, so it was 4 different DJs playing and the second DJ coming on was excellent. There was a guy grabbing the microphone and he
started to rap away. I thought he was doing it for fun, but he was a part of the act and it was very good.

and it was nice to be back in the boxing ring after a weekend of
drinking beer. I had to bring two bags of empty hangover milk and yogurt bottles when I left for Sophia Muay Thai Gym.We did 11 rounds at Sophia and when we were ready my Teacher called the air con company and we will see
if they can fit a new 24,000 BTU unit in my kitchen and to move the unit in my kitchen to my store room.I'm soon leaving so I might have to wait until I'm back. But it will be nice to get a AC unit with the capacity to blow me out of the kitchen.
I had decided to go for something to eat at Red PInn and I took a taxi there when I had have my shower. I got out from the taxi at Surawong and I walked
the last 200 meters. The owner was sitting at a table doing some work with his computer when I stepped inside.I asked him why he wasn't at the Thai boxing today. He told me that he needed to lose weight when I meet him last Friday
and I suggested some Thai boxing. He was very interested, at least Friday night.Monday and it was another story. But he
had a 4 month old baby so I guess he is busy with the baby.I asked for a pot of tea and a full Monty breakfast minus the baked beans and mushrooms and the food was excellent. The owner had his
dinner and we were chatting about the good ol' days.I walked up Silom Road and I made a few stops at different art galleries before I took a taxi to Siam Square. My plan was to go to the Power Mall at Siam Paragon to have a look at air conditioners before walking back home.
I was looking at Daikin and Mitsubishi Inverters, according to the expertise Daikin and Mitsubishi are the best. Depending on the size, but I think I will stick to Daikin after 10 years of no problem with my Daikin.

I took a taxi to Sukhumvit Soi 1 to look for Living Center, they are installing air conditioner according to the guys at Sophia.I found the place and I took the elevator to the 6th floor and I thought I have got the name wrong. There were 6 girls in an office and 2 older ladies in another room. But I had come to the right place and they would come to have a look at my condo.
I walked back home with a stop
at Tops Market to buy 2 bags of apples. I also bought some other stuff that I'm not proud
of. I had these “bad” things with a pot of the when I was back home. So I wasn't really full of vim when I arrived to Sophia.The American girl was back from USA and she have 2 more days of training before her match in Kantaburi on Friday evening. She had brought a bottle of Febreze®
Sport Extreme Odor Eliminator Spray for me in America. My boxing gloves is not smelling like a violet.I have been looking for the spray in Bangkok and I have not found anything. I remember turning cartwheels at Tops Market one night a few weeks ago. I found a spray for what I thought was shoes. But it was a foot deodorant so this was nothing for my gloves.
So I asked the American girl if she could keep her eyes outfor a spray when in America. And
she found it and it will be interesting to see how the Febreze® Sport Extreme
Odor Eliminator Spray will work out.I sprayed my gloves first thing and I will see how they are tomorrow. Well, anyway, my Teacher told me that he would show up with the AC Technician 10 o'clock Thursday morning. Good, I might be ready with the air conditions next week. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!! My courses in India seems to have been
changed from the 12th to the 19th of November.I had a shower when I was back home and I left for a constitutional

Thong Lor and back. I walked down Thong Lor on the uneven numbered Soi side of Thong Lor down to the bridge.I did a U-turn under the bridge and I walked back towards Sukhumvit Road on the even numbered Soi side of Thong Lor. And I was getting hungry. OK, I was less than 200 meters from my condo on my way towards Thong Lor when I started to think about an Italian restaurant on Thong
Lor. And then I came up with yet another great idea. I can have a “light” Japanese meal and an Italian as a “TOP UP”.I had been at Kazokuta Japanese restaurant a year or two ago and I went in when I
passed on my way back to Sukhumvit. I had a noodle with curry and a plate of salmon maki and when I was ready therewas no room for any Italian. Very good.So no need to stop at any Italian restaurant on my way home but I stopped at Tops Market to see if they had any Diet MAX . But the shelves were empty where they used to stock the Diet MAX . Good,
no unhealthy drinking stuff for me and I continued down Sukhumvit.When I came to Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 I decided to go in to check Villa Market for

and they had a few bottles so I bought 6 big bottles before I walked back home. I opened a bottle first thing when I was back home and the bottle was soon empty.And it must have been due to the Diet MAX that I found it hard to fall asleep.

and my nose was starting to run when my alarm went off. I had been awake for 20 minutes but it took around 20 minutes before the sneezing and running nose
started. So I will try to keep it to half a bottle of Diet MAX
today and I will see if I can alleviate the allergic reaction.It was time for Chakrit Muay Thai School today and it will be Thai boxing 2 times today. My Teacher from Bangkok Fight Club called me yesterday. He thought I was in Phuket.
- I'm in Bangkok, I will never set foot in Phuket again.
He asked when I was coming to Bangkok Fight Club and I told him that there were too much people
and that I was training at Chakrit and Sophia now. I told him that I might be
back when there are less people.I walked to Chakrit and there was not very much action when I arrived. It was only me and I did 10

I found a taxi but the driver was a wee bit sceptic.

At a Chinese temple (義德堂) next to Wat Hua Lamphong, you can donate coffins for the burial of the destitute deceased at 500 baht. This goes towards the payment for the coffin & burial ceremony for those who can't afford the cost of death rites or unclaimed bodies from accidents or illnesses.

I had never been in her house before and it was a nice house in a very good location. We were talking for 15 to 20 minutes and I went to a MOM & POP shop to see if they had cigarettes. But they didn't had Marlboro so I bought an ice cream

I was satisfied, I thought it was a table and some plastic chairs along the road and I straight up
refuse to eat along the street. I pass a road side eatery on my way to Sophia every day
and I'm about to puke every time. Birds jumping around in the food and they get water from buckets that looked like they had been white a few years back in time.Give me 10,000 Baht and I would not eat along the streets. Offer me a million, and I would have thought about it if I'm allowed to be drunk while eating.
Chamchuri Square turned out to be on the other side of Rama IV Road and we walked under Rama IV through the Sam Yam underground station. We were soon at the Yayoi Japanese restaurant at Chamchuri Square and when the food came to the table it turned out to be delicious.
I asked for some beef with Teriyaki sauce and a cheeseburger. And it was a Japanese burger and
it was only breaded minced meat and cheese. No bread and the normal filling we get when we buy burgers,and it was so good so I asked for a second pork cheese burger.It was very good food and I was so full when we were finished with the food so I could hardly move.

It was quite embarrassing when our new Lawyer friend paid for the whole dinner. He refused to let me chip in and I'm always uncomfortable when someone else is paying for me. The Japanese girl is living on Sukhumvit Road Soi 10 and as it was 9 o'clock in the evening we expected the subway to be empty. She told me that she wanted to start with Thai Boxing and I gave her my number. I told her to call me when she had the time and I would show her the place.
Thursday 1 st of November 2012 and my Teacher and the guy that is going to do the job with my air conditioner knocked on my door just before 12 o'clock. They should have been here at 10 o'clock
but they called me and told me that it would be 12 before they arrived.My friend was coming to pick me up at 12 o'clock for some lunch. But she didn't arrived until 20 minutes or so after 12 so we were almost finished with the air condition stuff when she arrived.
The Contractor didn't sell air conditions which I thought he did so I was a wee bit surprised when he asked if I was going to buy
the AC or if he was going to buy the AC. I already knew that I wanted a DAIKIN FTKD24HV2S, a machine that will be able to blow me out of my kitchen. And as they said, it is not an air conditioner, it is an inverter and according to DAIKIN the inverter will consume 22-33% less energy. I sent DAIKIN an e-mail to ask the difference
between the AC and inverter. Inverter is more expensive so that means (most likely) that the inverter is better. But the AC company recommended the DAIKIN AC because it was easier to repair.Well, I buy DAIKIN just because I don't want to repair the AC. Then they complained about my pictures. So I went inside and I took some pictures in the exact correct size and we went to eat our lunch. We started at the Italian Restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 25. But there were some people eating so we went to Little Italy on Sukhumvit Soi 23.
We had spaghetti, I had bacon & cheese and my friend had
salmon and some garlic bread with mozzarella on top of the spaghetti.And of course, my friend could not finish her spaghetti so I had to finish her meal.
I discovered the magazine “Emporium News” in my post box when I came back home so the first thing I did was to send them an e-mail. And while I was at it I sent an message to “WHAT'S NEW @ ZEN” as well. Now I hope I don't get any
more garbage in my post box. Yeah, what a waste of resources, all this plastic and paper going straight to the garbage. Well, the paper don't goes to the garbage bin, it goes in to my sack of paper for recycling.And on top of this I have to carry around all the shit.
Well, I sent the e-mails and it will be interesting to see if I get any reply on my e-mail.I filled up a new visa application that I will get to the Indian Embassy tomorrow morning before they come to deliver the DAIKIN inverter.
I left for Sophia Muay Thai Gym when I was ready with the visa application and the owner and my Teacher were busy in
the ring when I arrived. I did a wee bit of stretching before I went up in the ring and I started to pound my Teacher's mitts. I don't know if it was the sound of me pounding the mitts or if the girls hadcaught sight of Mr. “Handsum too much”. But suddenly in the middle of round 7 there were 3 beautiful girls from Srinakharinwirot University standing next to the ring.

One of the girls made some inquiries about the training and I took the opportunity to get a picture of our VERY happy and smiling Teacher together with the girls. I completed my 11 rounds and I walked back home again. But I will be back for more action tomorrow.

Friday 2 nd

and I was dead tired when my alarm went off at 7 thirty, one hour earlier than normal because of my visa application at the Indian Embassy. I never bothered doing
my morning tea. I had my last (my last ever) 1250ml bottle of Diet MAX
with a vitamin tablet and a baby aspirin. Yes, I eat a baby aspirin every morning to prevent getting cancer. According to some research in UK aspirin is like a small wonder protecting you from getting cancer.I had a few cancer sticks
while enjoying my last ever Diet MAX
while listening to Celtic frost at full blast.
I felt a wee bit better when I had finished half the bottle
of Diet MAX
but there was not much “VIM” to talk about. When the bottle was empty and I had had a hot shower I felt OK and I took off towards Sukhumvit Soi 25 and the India Passport & Visa Services Centre on the 15th floor at the Glass Haus Building.It was crowded outside the Visa Centre and I don't want
to expose you to what I was thinking in my mind. But it was empty inside and the whole thing was over in 5 to 10 minutes.I stopped at the ATM to get me some cash. They will deliver the DAIKIN Inverter so I need some cash. I will need 48500 Baht for the DAIKIN Inverter and maximum allowed amount at the ATM is 20,000. And Amex, usually works great to get 20,000 in one pop. But this time the screen turned in to a long SMS and I asked the Thai guy next to me what this means.

Embarrassing, I moved over to the next ATM and same message. So I tried 10,000 and now it worked. So I had to make several 10,000 Baht withdrawals. And of course, every withdrawal was coming with a fee. SO I GET IT!! THIS IS HOW YOU OPERATE!!!
I could not close my valet when I was ready at the ATM and I walked back home. The original plan was to deliver the DAIKIN Inverter at 10, but I changed it to 1 o'clock due to the visa Indian visa
thing I had going on. And as we will leave for Kanchanaburi at 16:30 for the
American girl's fight I wanted to be at Sophia for my session at 1 o'clock.So I called my Teacher and told him that they could deliver the DAIKIN Inverter earlier if they wanted and I could be at Sophia Muay Thai Gym at 1. They arrived with my DAIKIN Inverter 30 minutes later. And I told them to hold their
horses, I needed to check that it was the correct model before they brought the inverter in to my apartment.I discovered that they delivered a DAIKIN FTKD28HV2S Inverter instead of the FTKD24HV2S.
OK, I get 28,000 BTU in my kitchen and that will
hopefully be sufficient. And as my 37,000 BTU unit in the living room manage to keep the living room cool and nice I'm pretty sure this unit will
manage to keep
my kitchen nice and cool.And let's imagine (will never happen) Miss “Most Beautiful in the World” coming by for some salmon or Swedish meatballs.
When she is in the kitchen it is of outmost importance to stay dry so all the cooling power is required. And
she will of course be cold and she will ask me to bring down the AC a few notches. I
will tell her that there is something wrong with the Inverter.( The battery to the remote is flat)
Of course, I will offer her a warming hug.
My Teacher called me just when I was about to leave for Sophia Muay Thai Gym and he was busy so we could not start our session until 15 minutes past
one. Good, I was a wee bit late anyway.We did 11 rounds at Sophia before I returned home for a shower and a change of clothes. And as I have 1, 5 kg of blueberries at home I did a smoothie with blueberries, flaxseeds, Hazelnuts and “NON FAT” milk. And a wee bit of honey, no, plenty honey and it was a very good smoothie.
I have to be back at Sophia Muay Thai Gym at 16:30 when we are leaving for the Fight Night in Lao Khwan, Kanchanaburi . And I hope the American girl will kick some arse tonight.
