Sunday 15 ^th of June 2014 and my kitchen is ready, ceiling painted and new wall papers. They will be here on Monday to repair the AC. They were here yesterday but they could not fix it and theytold me that they would be back Monday morning.

Well, anyway, the kitchen is ready and I called my friend and I invited him and his girlfriend to have Falukorv here on Sunday afternoon.

We were in the swimming pool while the kitchen was getting ready. And I had people doing the electric wiring and safety breakers in my condo so I decided to go spend some time in the swimming pool. And my friend and his son joined me for some fun in the pool.

It was nice to get out from the apartment, there were at least 5 people there. One doing wall paper and 4 wasbusy with the safety breakers. The wall papers will be readytoday, but I have my doubts about the wiring on my apartment. Well, anyway, it was nice in the swimming pool.

When we came back the guys working with the wiring was gone and they finished the wall papers and I could have my “BEFORE” and “AFTER” pictures. I liked my old wall papers better, but they were no longer available when I was in Sweden. Well, the new ones are OK, and this is most likely the last time changing wall papers in
my life. Maximum one more time and then it is time to check out.

The swimming pool turned out to be a big mistake. My friend's son was crying the whole time, he wanted to go back to the swimming pool. And he was crying and pointing towards the door.

I called my friend and told him that we could cancel the Falukorv as the AC wasn't working. But hesuggested that we could eat in the living room. Well, I have a AC in the kitchen store room.

The old AC from the kitchen was moved in to the store room when I bought the new 28,000 BTU unitfor the kitchen. So we crank the AC up to full in the store room and will be kind of OK in the kitchen.

I was looking for a new TV and I skipped the SAMSUNG section, it will be a Sony or an LG. I like LG, back in the days, before they wanted 32,000 Baht (1000 US Dollars) to repair my SAMSUNG60" TV, used for about 6 months. I expect more for a TV that I had paid 3 to 4000 US Dollars for.

I was going to buy a new washing machine and I wanted a SAMSUNG, but the SAMSUNG was 1 cm too wide to get through the door to my laundry room. And I was not happy that I had to buy an LG washingmachine. But this LG machine have been a very pleasant surprise.

The only problem with my LG washing machine WD-1332RDS is the size. Beautiful, I only need to wash once per week. But to hang up the clothes fordrying is a pain as the machine takes a ton of laundry. Of course, there is the dryer function. All my bed sheets, well, I just pour the bedin to the washing machine and the laundry is washed and dry in 5 hours.

Both the LG and SAMSUNG was 80,000 Baht and today I'm very happy that I have bought the LG, and they knocked 20,000 Baht of the price tag, without me even asking. That's the spirit!

So LG it is, or a Sony, my friend have an LG and he is very happy. And I meet another friend at Emporium when I had been looking for TVs. He only had SAMSUNG at home, 4 of them, but now he wanted to buy a LG as well. Of course, I told him about my crappy SAMSUNG UA60D8000.

By the way, SAMSUNG UA60D8000, my first ever TV that have broken down, I have given away all my previous TV when I have bought a new TV. But I suspect that people will get upset if I try to giveaway my SAMSUNG UA60D8000

Of course, I never let SAMSUNG forget how disappointed I am with the crappy TV. Always posting on their Facebook. As I do with ECCO shoes and Toshiba. Of course, on top of that I make reviews on different pages.

Not much job, a review per week and I'm pretty sure I have saved some people from buying crap. And SAMSUNG's 60" UA60D8000 TV have got nothing but bad reviews from me. And the Toshiba Qoismo X-70 have not got any better reviews

FIFA, a bunch of people going around the world for free receiving bribes. Scandals, and seriously, Idon't think anyone is surprised. I'm not surprised. The Olympic Committee and who can forget the bribery scandal a few years ago.

And seriously, does anyone really think they don't accept some“gratitude” or “gifts”. And all the sport events are under pretty much the same slogan: World Peace, Unity, One World, No to racism, save the environment etc

Have they ever been to Brazil? What a shit load of crap! We can ask the guest workers in Qatar. No one cares, they put the sport events in any country, never mind human rights conditions etc.

Well it is the same in Sweden. All the workers coming to Sweden living under pretty much the same conditions. They had the Police in Sweden to check the ID of foreigners in Sweden a few years ago. No, they had to stop because of racism, checking the ID/ passports to see if the foreigners have the right to stay in Sweden was a Nazithing to do. Sweden, they have really managed to foock this country up, street full of beggars, shanty towns and it is only getting worse. We who voted no to EURO were called Nazis, stupid and xenophobic. We knew how this would turn out.

What kind of attitude towards poor people do they have? They are happy to come to Sweden and get cheated? Terrible and they are the ones throwing words like racism and xenophobic around.

They are destroying Sweden. Well, anyway, Swedish Falukorv is stillgood and my friends came over for dinner. They knocked on the door 10 minutes before 5 o'clock. I didn't woke up until 12 o'clock, Sunday, but I have had time to go buy butter and milk for the pancakes and I had prepared most of the stuff when they knocked on the door.

The potato was boiling and the cabbage was boiled. So when they came I just put the Falukorv in the frying pan and I started to cream the cabbage.

I realised that I might have bought too much food, but better a wee bit too much than not enough. We will for sure not run out of creamed cabbage and potatoes, the Falukorv is a wee bit different story. But a “RING” of Falukorv should be enough.

The food was ready after some 20 minutes. I was busy cooking while they were walking aroundtaking pictures. She uploaded the pictures to Facebook and there was soon a comment about our Hero doing the cooking.

They asked for something to drink and I told them that I had water

I opened the freezer and there was no ice. I explained that I didn't had anything at home since Igave up the party. Back in the days I always made sure there were plenty ice in the fridge. His girlfriend went to 7 Eleven and she came back with 4 big bottles of beer and a pack of orange juice

I had expected a lot of left overs when I put the food on the table. I don't know about my friend's girlfriend if she like Falukorv and stuvad vitål. She had never been eating this before and she was on uncharted territory.

I had 2 plates and I was full, I could hardly move. My friends were full and the food was almost finished. So this turned out to be very good. I don't like to throw food and Ican't save it as I'm on diet. So I was happy that the food was finished. But we were full and I could hardly lift my arse from the chair. I told them that we had to relax for an hour or so before I started with the pancakes.

They thought I was joking, but I took out 3 litres of pancake batter that I had prepared before they came.

Yes, an hour between the meals will do us good. And I have pancake batter to feed a soccer team. My friend asked for the last beer and he came up with a very strange theory. The bottles onlycontained 500ml.

Last time I bought beer the big bottles was 600 or 660ml. Well, anyway, he told me that he had been drinking less than 2 pints of beer because the bottles were so small. I told him that he had been drinking around 5 bottles of beer
- We only bought 4
- 5 standard size (Worldwide standard I remarked) bottles
- Yeah but....
- Than Vodka and now you're asking for some “sweet” liquor!
- Very little...
- I have had 500ml of cold water

We found a few bottles of liquor in my cabinet. I'm in progress of getting rid of all the bottles as I don't drink anymore. But there was 3 or 4 different bottles of liqueur and he chose a bottle that we brought back to the kitchen.

We were still full, but I got started with the pancakes. 3 litres of pancake batter will take some time to do.

I gave up after a little more than half of the pancake batter. We were never going to be able tofinish all these pancakes so I threw out the remaining pancake batter.

I whipped the cream while doing the last pancake. This rod mixer is the best thing Ihave ever bought. You can make foocking whipped cream out of NON FAT milk.

20000 RPM and I turned around to say something to my friend. I turned back again in the nick of time, the whipped cream was about to turn in to butter.

The pancakes turned out to be a huge success. And I even put on a show juggling with the pancakes when making them. The SAMSUNG camera didn't lived up to expectations and the pictures turned out somewhat disappointing. But they are for sure on Facebook by now.

I had to throw away half of the pancakes, it was too much to eat. And by throwing them I savedmyself from eating them later on. So it was a pretty smart move, at least if you ask me.

Well, eating once a week is OK, tomorrow it is Monday and we continue with the fish and fruit diet tomorrow. Monday and I will have the people to repair the AC in the kitchen at 10 o'clock and they will come from SAMSUNG 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

The AC man called me 20 minutes before 10 and he was coming at 11 and I told him to come at 4 in the afternoon as I had myboxing and then the Thai language school. I left my Thai language school early in order to be home at 4. A stop at TOPS Market and I bought mango, pineapple and papaya for850 Baht. Neither the AC people nor the SAMSUNG people came at 4 o'clock. SAMSUNG arrived 6 thirty and the AC people were a no show.

SAMSUNG, 2 and a half hour late, never mind, I will never buy anything SAMSUNG again. I was so disappointed with my SAMSUNG TV, 1000 US Dollars to repair a TV that have been used for about 6 months.

My next TV will be a LG. Well, never mind, when the SAMSUNG people left I walked to the Indian restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 7 to have dinner with my friend.

I stopped at Tops Market on my way back home. I bought more Papaya and mango. My friend had brought Ananas for me and my “new” negative calorie food diet. There are foods that create anegative calorie effect.

So what to do with my onion? Onion is also on the list of “negative calorie food”. Never mind the onion when I eat all the other “negative calorie food”. But I want to have 1 onion per day as there is so much other good stuff in onions. Onion is actual a small wonder but how to eat my daily onion if I give up the tuna?

I have tried to chop the onion in small pieces and eat it as I eat the chili,swallow the darn thing whole. But it wasn't any success. I was about to throw up and I had to chase down the chili and onion with a few litres ofwater. And as it was around midnight I spent the whole night running between the bed and the bathroom.

Yes, drinking a few litres of water before going to bed is not a very clever thing to do. I will have to come up with something else. The chili is OK to swallow whole, but the onion was not all that easy.

Thursday 19 ^th of June 2014 and this date will go down in the history books as the date I used my medical “check up” equipment the first time ever. I bought a whole medical machine park a whileback, I was suffering from a severe hangover and I thought I was going to die.

So I bought blood pressure and blood sugar machines. Need less to say, never been used. But I tried them out and the result was excellent. Blood pressure down from 147 to 118. Can this be true? Way better than expected, and the blood sugarvalue 112 mg/dl, NOT LONG AFTER A CUBIC TON OF SWEET FRUITS!

Can this be true? I decided to bring all my equipment to Bumrungrad Hospitaltomorrow to make the checks all over again. This is the only way that I can trust my equipment, to compare with the results from Bumrungrad Hospital, right? Let's find out.
