    Monday 15 th of February 2021 and I met my Guide from Bird Safari Sweden at the Supermarket at Salbohed at 06 thirty. We drove to the parking and we took the 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to the Rough-legged Buzzard Hide.

    I had the gas heater of full blast while waiting for daylight. The White-tailed Eagle arrived at the same time as last Friday. And an hour later the Common Buzzard landed in the same tree as last Friday. Very boring birds, just sitting there for hours doing nothing.

    Well, I never got to see the Rough-legged Buzzard and nothing else exciting during the day. I drove by the Hawk-owl area on my way back to Fallängetorp för folk och fä. No sign of the owl and I will try again tomorrow.
